Noob crystal is good, but the gen AR'd crystal would be a welcomed addition. Of course this depends on your cost vs value plans for this watch.

There is always the chance of a "bad batch" but even still I do not think there is an issue with the Asian clone. Its recommended that with any new watch you send it for a nice service; swiss or asian. To each his own, its a great watch nonetheless. I hope to pick up a blue dial one soon.

Looks like a BP DSSD. I think they BPs case back are dark gray and the Noob come black. Just a guess, someone correct me if I'm wrong.
