  1. that dial looks spectacular.. nice buy
  2. Awesome! Now where is the Aqua Terra with the blue dial we've seen posted in the daily wristie shots? Trying to find that one again! Lol
  3. Welcome to the forum. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to over a month depending on stock. One thing to learn early in this hobby is patience. Always give our TDs the benefit of the doubt before getting anxious or worried. It can be nerve racking waiting on your first rep. Sit back, relax, do some research, and enjoy! I've purchased about 3-4 watches from Andrew. He has ALWAYS been great. There is more to the hobby then just collecting watches. A lot of very knowledgable people frequent these boards giving you a great source of watch information. Again, welcome!
  4. So I'm looking to add a SS / Blue Dial watch to my collection. What options do we have out there? SOSF v2, Blue SubC, Blue Dial YM... What are you all rocking?
  5. Nice magazine in the background, lol. Any way to get better pictures? Less blurry in better lighting?
  6. Definitely fake... Rehaut engraving is off, pearl is shi*, clasp cornet is retarded, and the list goes on...
  7. I don't want to be a debbie downer but I think the 33' minute marker is slightly off... Haha
  8. OR... buy a finished RA 1675 and swap in a slow beat movement? Lol... Too many options.
  9. Isn't the 1655 case most use as a base considerably thicker then the gen?
  10. I definitely agree that the CGs need some work to even them out. Below are some pictures of the gen PCG. And one of RAs watches...
  11. So I picked this watch up a few months ago and I set it aside when it arrived. I am seeking opinions to see if this looks like a case worthy of finishing a 1675 PCG build. I was told it was a TW case from a few years back that was reshaped to be gen spec. What are your thoughts on the case and potential to be a worthy 1675 build. Or should I just sell the watch with parts and pickup a RolexAddict 1675 PCG watch? It was sold as having a gen jubilee bracelet, gen clasp, gen dial, gen crystal. I think the crown is rep. No idea what movement is inside but its broken regardless. I bought a new DG movement and matching hands to have installed. What else should be modded IF I decide to continue the build. Still on the fence.. All I know is that I want a 1675 so either this one or a RA 1675...
  12. I do not mean any disrespect when I say at least its ONLY $61... I can only imagine what other members have invested in this con.
  13. Define "seems to be honest"? Tons of positive feedback? What country is the watch from? When you say online marketplace you're referring to chrono24? All I'm saying is be cautious with purchases from unknown sellers. You need more then "seems to be honest" to spend any sort of money on gen watches online, IMO.
  14. Seems mad expensive? Still think reps are the way to go..
  15. Check out the trusted dealers section of the forum and email him directly. These subs also do come up for sale in the sales forums. And as many will soon say, please use the search bar to start your sub research. There is literally days worth of material to read up on regarding this topic. Welcome to the forums.
  16. Dang that looks great on leather. Super classy!
  17. Couldn't agree more. The Pepsi GMT is a timeless Rolex classic!
  18. He does sell bundles of damaged LN dials you can piece together. While not an ideal option it's still one nonetheless. I'm a traditionalist and love the LN dial with the black insert.
  19. Seeing these builds motivates me to finish mine! I've just been so lazy, lol. Nice work
  20. Definitely going to be an exciting watch to see built!
  21. Oh man... My prayers to out to them
  22. I'm in the same boat with the same problem... Lol. I'm just itching to pull the trigger on a gen. Just looking for any reason to buy!
