  1. Sweet pictures, I will buy it based on those alone.
  2. Thanks, It may be worth a shot and I am going to contact him. For that price, I could have a back up too just in case. I think the stock EL mineral crystal was better/clearer than the DSN sapphire that is on mine currently and your looks better than that the EL crystal. Thank for the info my friend.
  3. The fish screws are for decoration, and just from removing the screws on the BCE it's my guess they are all show too as they are pretty short. Maybe there is a tool, but tape and a knife will not get the results we are after. I think you stand a better chance to bend your bezel than get it off, now if you are replacing it with a gen bezel that may not bother you as the rep bezel would be replaced. (and I would buy the rider tabs off it) If you are going to replace it, I would pry up one corner and wedge something in there then go 1/4 turn from it and pry up some more and again wedge something in there, and repeat until you are all the way around. I just wanted to try to align the fish bezel and not replace it, so I said fug it and will live with it the way it is. That sucker is on there man.
  4. Think they could cut a domed fiddy crystal if provided a sample? The really great visibility even at acute angles got me thinking. Nice watch, glad you found an option to get it fixed.
  5. If it's like the steelfish, you stand a very good chance to [censored] the bezel and the case up IF you get it off. My attempt at removal on the fish has removed all curiosity I once had for attempting to do this on my BCE. I understand some have done this, so I am curious to see the replies myself.
  6. I think most of the shows they want to watch on the Disney channel is pure [censored]. The girls act like spoiled brats and the attitude they portray is sickening. The children show no respect for adults what so ever. I allow them to watch some of it, in moderation, but I agree with you the TV kids have today is pure [censored]. I would beat that ass if my children acted like those spoiled brat super stars. My children are not perfect, but they are respectful and that's okay with me.
  7. My daughter recieved a Hannah Montana wall clock with sweeping seconds hand for her birthday. It is not quiet tho.
  8. Sweet. I already have a canal street rep that will be a perfect base for this one. It already has that great pearl, those sweet ass crown guards, and the maxi markers. I only need a ceramic insert and all done. Got to be careful tho, if I polish it too much the brass will show through. Sorry, I threw up in my mouth a little thinking about it. Maybe it's the excitement of being the first to own this POS.
  9. I have no shame and maybe no sense, but I have used some strange [censored] too. Some I regret.
  10. If it works, I want one.
  11. For sure a genuine and beautiful.
  12. Heh heh, He said [censored]. It is certainly looking like he is right too, from the outside looking in. Makes me wonder if the attack of replica eta's has hit home. I hate it because it looks like a fantastic watch, but I am going to have to wait this one out.
  13. I have thought about stripping the DSN crystal on my fiddy for this very reason.
  14. Sucks, but at least you will get it sorted. Kinda like kissing your sister tho, just not the same.
  15. Could be the crystal was not pressed down enough or the gasket is pinched/folded around it . The only areas it could leak, crown, crystal, and caseback. Sorry bro, that sucks for you.
  16. Type SSD in the search function @ top. There are thousands of posts on this one. I am sure you can find one that has the answer.
  17. I believe I just saw one in the member trade area.
  18. Please tell us how you did the lug holes Dizzy. I have a case set that has been begging me to turn it into a 16800.
  19. You could take your crystal out and tell people you have AR.
  20. Out of respect for the people trying to make a living working there, I put it in my pocket.
  21. 118 Pam Ti does scratch easily, but it's also easy to remove them with a ink pen eraser.
