QC photos are for you to check the watch: to make sure it’s the watch that you ordered and that there are no big faults such as missing lume or detached hands. If you’re happy with the QC photos then accept it, or if not state what you think is wrong and ask if people here agree with you. Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with it.

In general, the thing most likely to fail is the movement. If you allow for the price of a service when you buy the watch you should be okay. Additionally, if your movement is a cheap 21J then replace it if it breaks or if it’s better quality the have it serviced. The only other thing I worry about are watches with complications such as chronographs. Read up on which ones are likely to go wrong and you can avoid them or adjust your expectations! A native A7750 is better than one with seconds at 6 or 12.

I always thought a full watch box is just enough. It was for me until a few more must haves popped up. The simple solution is a bigger watch box. I’ve now got 3 watch boxes including a 24 watch winder and a 6 watch winder. Also a travel case for when I’m away overnight - that one only holds 8 so just a short term solution. Yes, it’s an addiction, fortunately one that doesn’t have to be excessively expensive - you just need a secure place to hide them from the wife!

Felt sorry for @ettore and reached out to him in his search for a UN. I had a new unused box queen that he wanted. He said he wanted to do a bank transfer as he couldn’t do Paypal gift. Then funds arrived via regular Paypal. I shipped it and an hour later (after sending him the tracking etc) he put a Paypal claim in. My Paypal account is now limited until I sort out this mess. @ettore - want to explain yourself?
