Would go for a V6 if buying now. J12 is renowned as one of the best makers today. Both the V5.1 or V6 are good to go. The gen has smaller, more square or flatter numbers than the V5.1. I´m quite satisfied with the lume on mine, time is readable all night. Overall everything is good on it, it just looks and feels convincing. This "hard" rubber strap is superb, it´s the only one I use (except sometimes the PAM one, totally different). It´s a bit heavy - 180 gr. V5.1 from Toro

Hi, must be a problem specific for the model You´re using, maybe also too sharp edges on the lugs. With the rounded 1950´s casing Pam212 Flyback it doesn´t happen to me.

Hi, have a KW386 inbound from Sead, the V5 with the A7750 which is said to be better. This would have been a KW382 Bronzo but I already have a submersible so wanted something else. Almost went for a Radiomir KW504 but than decided it might be too fragile (lugbars/screws) and that a PAM should have a CG-lever:) The 386 ended up never being available as gen so it´s rare enough.. Hi, as a general rule $200 and $268 is much better than $100. $350 is just better than $200. After that the looks may improve but the quality stays the same. New tendency seems to be the phasing out of cheaper alternatives on all new models.

Really don´t know why I keep buying them:) None has COSC certification, even the ones with an Asian ETA not. This is a 16570 Explorer II with totally incorrect handstack. Works as a GMT anyway This below was my cheapest at $168, as soon as You wind it You notice it feels like a Citizen, not like a R. This one below is called a TC, winds really well and feels good, but it´s got a red second hand, no Cyclops and an inverted datewheel So You always have something that is right and something that is wrong - welcome to rep-world:)

Long shipping times happen. Had an order incoming with International 1st Class Mail (with tracking) from the US to EU, placed 18th March, shipped on 23rd March - whole of April passed - at my door on the 12th of May.
