That was an interesting picture...it has since been replaced. But in review of KW and other TD's photos I have noticed there are some that have the new bezel & Strap, others have the first bezel with the new strap... we are in a period of transition between the two versions, so be wary. The easiest way to define the V2 is the numeral 5 on the bezel, look for that to determine which generation you are getting in your QC pix, I did this side by side, note the rounded portion and where it terminates. V.1 is inset:

Just unwrapped and installed the NATO.. This one came from Supermirrors (Sead) and I ordered early so it is the first strap without the Omega hardware. The bracelet has pcl, movement does have a very slight stutter and a noisy rotor, otherwise a very nice feeling watch. While it could be better I'm very satisfied, I would order it again without question.

Decisions, Decisions. Excellent, nice pictures as well, every time I see it the Snoopy watch really makes me smile. A nice rep with some minor flaws, but really a great looking and wearing timepiece.

Thanks, I have worn the watch since posting, several times in fact, I had quite a few of those crystal protectors on different watches in my box... so, I loosened the watch on the wrist and leave a protector in place while wearing, the result, no further issues. Not sure of the initial cause, I never had it before and I have not had it since, but the coincidence was undeniable. I have wondered if possibly there was a chemical (cleaning agent) on the watch when it arrived? cleaning and wearing the watch seems to have overcome the issue, I just wanted to make others aware. I checked my history, 4 days @ISC... so maybe today you will get your update! BTW–I posted above regards a skin issue and would suggest you clean the watch with a mild agent before wearing*, just a quick rub down should be sufficient. Enjoy, it is a beautiful watch. * ie soap&water (sparingly) or your favorite

Regards the dial construction, Kuvarsit has a new gallery up, with very, VERY good pictures. I believe this answers any questions regards a sandwich dial, it is indeed a proper sandwich dial. The bracelet appears to be the one currently included with the regular 300 (polished center links) and includes the micro-adjust clasp with the correct 007 logo, the Gry/Blk NATO appears to be simply a toss in to satisfy the general overall appearance. I found it interesting there is a note in the description that says (FREE EXTRA NATO STRAP WITH TANG BUCKLE FOR NOW ) Does that indicate an upgrade is being sought? A word of Caution: After wearing Snoopy for one week my wrist under the watch became sensitive, followed by some blistering. I have had the watch off for two days now and the blister/redness continues, the appearance is most like a minor burn. I hate to place blame but can think of no other source for the irritation. The disc on the caseback may or may not be a crystal, it feels soft. I will only wear the watch again with a crystal protector in place. That is my personal experience, yours may differ.

Impressive watch Tom; regards the movie, I too would put it behind Skyfall... because of the Austrian sequence I would probably put it above Casino Royale. Overall a fun ride and the relationships between key characters makes it well worth watching.

Time to go see SPECTRE, hope no one looks too closely at my wrist, I have to get a different dial and some bevels before I wear this watch again
