  1. I am not conus so I hope you don't mind but where did you get No3 from I am looking for one like that. Or to build one like it.
  2. I have been buying from Toro for over a year and I have been very pleased with the service. That's about five watches up to now.
  3. great post. I have picked up some good tips here very informative post and fantastic restoration well done and thanks
  4. Prices are definatly down on eBay. So panerai are not as sought after as they were, that is a fact I wanted a pam292 but once I had the rep I had to ask why, you just would not call it out. So they lost a eBay sale there, but I still love the style, and it is style that you're buying. Buy the way I did the same with a submariner I bought here so maybe that doesn't proove to much. Panerai are far from finished though and I am interested to read Hambones comment that they are still selling well in Ceasars palace, Good luck to the brand I will always like there watches

  9. I got myself a Noob V5 ceramic its ok but now I have seen this image, maybe the same watch but with this vintage leather strap. My question is where can I get a rep like this.http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Cinturino-Pelle-Bufalo-Vintage-ILLINOIS-20-mm-Watch-Strap-Band-Marrone-/191585853513?hash=item2c9b682049:g:TPAAAOSwpDdVX0F2 Thanks
  10. Thanks lucapulley Hi to all from Wales and a happy new year.
  11. nice watch, looks good on the wrist, blue lizard is best but asso also matches lume so yes that works too.
  12. Thankyou Legend, my watch has arrived in time for Christmas and WOW what a gorgeos time peice. It is No3 of 10, I have taken some daytime pics but my photography just could not capture the qualities of this stunning build. The AR coating allows the dial detail to shine through and the evenly recessed besel screws just give that feel of shear quality. However what you cant see is the smooth feel of the mechanism when winding, this is a hand built and oiled movement accurate with a long power resurve and it is going to be reliable, it has been waterproofed and tested so this makes a good choice for holidays. The best way to sum up this build is that you could wear it in a AP boutique with confidence the build is that good. Many Many thanks Legend .nmdsdcid
  13. Hi I have got one of these, bought from puretime january or february this year, cant remember who maker was but they are cheaper now. My impressions are that this is one classy watch, you just wont see another like it in the wild, the ceramic is like nothing else the bracelet feels like pebbles when handled and the case has that quality feel that matt black ceramic gives. the detail on the crown guard is a nice touch. I am very pleased with mine and have worn it on holiday etc. no problem with acuracy or reliability up to now. The ceramic of the bracelet is harder than the stainless steel of the clasp so polishes wherever it touches. Oh and I had to Loctite the pins back into the clasp after only a couple of wears. which was dissapointing but its a Rep so it is what it is. Hears a good tip that applies to all watchesm do not handle the watch over a tiled floor, its very hard but brittle drop it and the case is not repairable you can google this. Otherwise on the wrist its fine and is as new despite some use because the ceramic does not scratch, infact try rubbing a £1coin against it, it the will leave no mark. Yes I would definatly recomend this watch,. Go for it.
  14. This is the second time in recent weeks that someone has been disapointed with a watch that was doa then starting thread wih SCAM in the title, Seeking advice frm a moderator in PM is the way to go. May be RWG could direct people this way, is that worth conidering guys.?
