  1. Well done Nico! Glad to see the nice result, I love frankens
  2. Thanks guys! The datewheel is a 3135 one, and I replaced the hour wheel, cannon pinion and forth wheel because the standard 2892-A2 doesn't clear the hourmarkers. After that, the custom spacer ring makes all the rest sooo quick. I also prefer the white dial on SS rolex watches (daytona, DJ, explorer I) and I also chose my gen 116200 in white.. both are 36mm
  3. My girlfriend loves the white dial 16200, but when I discovered it, I had just finished a 16014 dj with a blue dial, so she started wearing that one. When I told her that I had decided to sell that piece (to lazarini ) it had already grown on her and she didn't want to let it go anymore.. So I had literally to steal it from her wrist, I felt guilty, so I had to start another project.. well I love to say "I have a reason to start another project!" It was quite difficult to find the exact milky dial, but I was lucky enough, and the icing on the cake was a gen 78360 brand new bracelet for a fair price. Thanks to Stilty and kelster for your help! Genuine 16200 case Genuine crown Genuine crystal Genuine datewheel Genuine 78360 bracelet +gen springbars Genuine dial 2892-A2 ETA movement, 3 wheels replaced Tudor hands Of course, Stilty's spacer ring That's how it started: And here the result, will she like it? Cheers!
  4. Congrats, a true gem, and I love open 6 and 9! Funny, the more I stay here, the more I appreciate gens, and I guess it's the same for you.
  5. The only common point is that they are both built in TW.. and they have the same green back sticker
  6. WM9 sub without engraved rehaut is worth, at least because he is the only ono who can source it. For an engraved rehaut sub there's no reason not to chose PT one.
  7. WM9 told me that both cases are available, I received one too a few days ago
  8. Noob clasp is ugly, but the bracelet is the only one with correct hollow mid links, instead of solid mid linkd of MBW/TW best/WM9 models Yes, a gen clasp would fit. At the beginning I used a gen 93250 bracelet on my WM9, and it didn't fit perfectly, but I had many WM9 cases in my hands and there could be some tollerance differences among them. Unfortunately I don't have my gen bracelet anymore to try it on. Here is my WM9 with gen bracelet: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=69744
  9. Only vintage MBW accept gen crystal. Or the newest submariner with engraved rehaut. No sellers sell their rep + gen parts
  10. Same for me, not an MBW but..
  11. I had a gen 93250 on my WM9, but it doesn't fit perfectly on the SEL, there's a small gap between the lugs. Stephane also told me that a gen 91350 doesn't fit on his WM9, too much space between the SEL and case. Here's mine on 93250 bracelet: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=69744 A WM9 bracelet is the best fit
  12. we asked for a custom 16610 sub with lug holes, as any current submariner rep doesn't have lug holes
  13. WM9 TT Sub is the best TT rep at the moment. Noobmariner is cheap but worth for the money, eurotimez TT is a standard old MBW. If you look for a SS sub with engraved rehaut instead, eurotimez is a good choice.
  14. WM9 fits like a gen, no mods needed (on mine)
  15. Gen complete bezel (include insert) retail price is around 300$ It's pretty hard to find I bought one a few months ago for 250euro A gen bezel will not fit a replica sub, unless you use a genuine retaining ring (add more $) or you rework the rep retaining ring like my watchmaker did.
  16. No, just the engraving and the serial nr between the lugs
  17. No they aren't. Eurotimez's new MBW seems to come from the same factory, but it has the engraved rehaut, while WM9 has the classic rehaut (more accurate) Maybe the factory is the same but at the moment this case can only be sourced by WM9.
  18. There's nothing wrong on this rep dial. Among all the rep dials I would put it on the same level of the noob one. It's not so rare, also some modern subs have this dial. I've seen this on gen Z-serial 2007 Sub, both SS or TT. WM9 replicate a Z-serial Sub, so it's correct
  19. sub is gen.. About the pics, they looks good to me, but I'm not a great photographer if you see my pics
  20. About the pics or about the watches? They're beautiful gen, not much to say
  21. Thanks friend, and enjoy your beauty!
