Wow Dave I'm so sorry and sad to hear this. I remember it being not long ago that you were just telling us about the new puppy. I'm an avid dog lover myself and have have two Jacks. Both have managed to get off leash more than a few times and have scared me on a few occasions. Amazing what a big part of our lives these guys become and how much they mean to us. I've lost a couple in the past so I know how what you must be going through but kind of am lost for words. Just remember that they will live on in your heart and memories forever. My thoughts are with you, your wife, and Pele. We're here for you bro.

I actually tried a gen TT3 on a few weekends ago and really liked it. It just may be my first Oris rep.

Great news Dani. What a dumbass this guy is. Had a good Federal job with I'm sure great pay, benefits and everything and not only did he lose that but he's very likely going to jail for a couple years.

The majority of what we are all buying these days is overpriced. Asian clones at anything over 200 is overpriced and all the 500 and up A7750's are way overpriced. Wonder how that HBB King is selling at almost 800 (not sure I've seen a single person post that they bought one yet). On the other hand the pricing on the Skylands and SA's seemed pretty fair to me.

Hmm guess I'll wait to see what someone thinks when they actually get it but based on the pictures I won't be getting one. Looks to be much darker than the gen and PVD'ing it is not the right way to do this one. Guess if don't sell they will either redo them or just not make them at all.

Best bet would be to keep an eye on the FS section and pickup a used one. They do show up from time to time. Also post a WTB as someone might be willing to cut one loose.

You guys are killing me with the Skyland pics. Looks like I'm going to have to break down and order one. Guess it will be a gray dial in case I want to get a black steel later. No I don't think it's just you. The Skyland seems to look great in every pic I've seen of it.

Very nice! An ETA7750 Skyland right out of the box. Just curious have you opened the caseback to make sure it's an ETA? If you don't mind PM'ing me the price I'd be curious to see what one of these would run.

Looks great on a croc strap. I'm downsizing but will probably still end up getting both a Skyland and SA. I will probably try to pickup a gen croc strap for the Skyland and pair it with a rep deployant buckle.
