tframo Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 The empty slot is driving me nuts. What should I pick up? Pam? Dress watch?
droptopman Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 1675 what else!!!! Iconic classic Pepsi.
kernow Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 A Seamaster of some sort, such as a Planet Ocean. Or, maybe a classic Speedy Pro.
mr104x Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 With This one. Dracula monster. Send from outer space
alt.watch.obsessive Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 You need a working power reserve and a "dress" watch. The new IWC Porto fits the bill.

I agree, you have a box full of mainly diving tool watches (not that there's anything wrong with that). Might want to go in a different direction for the last one. Or you can always get another box
alt.watch.obsessive Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 (edited) Full disclosure...I'm in love with mine at the moment...but, it's big, well executed, not dressy to the point where you will never wear it, and mine keeps time very well. The bad news is it is quite expensive and cries out for a better strap (or OEM) which is more money. I wanted a PR on a watch that I would actually wear for the longest time. I also like the fact that the PR takes quite a while to reach full charge, so it is not just pinned on full reserve all the time. The Big Pilot wit the same movement is another option too. Mike on a bike Posted February 28, 2016 Report Posted February 28, 2016 Pam which ever or the date ADJ a matter of fact both it would round out your collection very nicely. You have two must have Seiko divers I have settled on the SKX and got ride of monster but everybody different. Of course you can just get both and keep the Seikos if I was down to eight I'd be out buying w/ both hands!
Hyjynx Posted February 28, 2016 Report Posted February 28, 2016 Yeah, you need a dress watch in there.
HaydenM Posted February 28, 2016 Report Posted February 28, 2016 Personally I agree with either the 1675 which is just a gorgeous watch or a dress watch. I'd probably go with the dress watch as it's a category you don't really fulfil at the moment.
mymanmatt Posted February 28, 2016 Report Posted February 28, 2016 What watch should add next? Well, one of mine of course? lol
droptopman Posted February 29, 2016 Report Posted February 29, 2016 No doubt if you go dress watch you should talk to Matt.
cavi Posted February 29, 2016 Report Posted February 29, 2016 Do not listen to any of them, what you need next is a larger box!!!! 2
