Lovely... what is the deal with the different bracelets with this model - I've seen both in pics but never researched?

It came with either a bond or a speedy style bracelet from the factory. The speedy one tapered to 18mm at the clasp. I have both ( courtesy of a 2230 Seamaster). 

 

And here we we are with a new shark from our great @docthor

Yes a bond bracelet should fit - you just need the end links to fit the watch head. There were some for sale recently on one of the forums.

Seriously dig this watch ever since I picked it up a few years ago. Serviced a few months ago again due to the flyback having too much torque! Odd problem I suppose. I have some spare parts for this watch that I am thinking about customizing.
