Would be a very difficult situation !

Agreed, definitely a difficult choice...but currently I'd have to go with my sub...

Please ignore the pizza sauce stain on the bezel at 11. :p

It'd be hard. I'd need something with a chrono and possibly a bezel.

Luckily for me, my latest watch fits the bill.

However I have been giving the perfect daily wear watch some thought and I may have come to the conclusion that that watch is one I've never owned: The 42mm Planet Ocean. I'll have to buy one to see if this is true. If either a Perfect Sub or SD existed, they too could fit the bill.

Oh no!!!! After months of waiting and pure patience-agony... you are saying that after a few weeks you're ready and done with it??? :p

But ot be quite honest... i still can't forget my SD which i had to sell a half a year ago. And this is what i want again... a SD .. or a 42mm PO. Good choice Pug :)

But for now it's my fully modded 1665!!

My IWC St Exupery would be the one even though it is rose gold. This is the watch I always grab when I am having difficulty choosing a watch to wear. I have become accustomed to having it around just like my favorite hat and boots. They would have to come with me on that trip too.

Absolutely not!

The 3719 is still amazing. I'll be getting the ETA wheels and K2222 AR on it soon.

tried and tested... It has crossed Arctic Circle, frequents sauna and hot tubs as well as that 50m dash on a swimming pool and has withstand the height of Boeing 777's long haul flight cruise altitude. It would be this piece:

Of course mine would be my franken Rolex 5513 Submariner rep.

As for 5513s, I like this pic (remember the story about the fisherman loosing this one on his boat and finding many years later)

Here's mine:

I wouldn't take a rep at all - it'd be my trusty Wenger. With due respect to their origins, all of my reps have demonstrated idiosyncrasies, none of which I'd want on the long trip you describe :p
