sorry to say, but the new yuki cases are junk (wok haut, glued in crown tube), you ll soon be returning it, search the recent rolex section for explanations, or 'sly' can also tell you all about it. also i dont see a point in buying a gen movement unless one day you hope to unscrupulously sell it as a gen, IMO its a waste of $1,200 when a fully service and adjusted ETA can match the COSC tolerances. for the same price as a gen movement you can build a visually complete gen 5513 gloss dial watch, sans case.

some cases are better than others, no two reps have the exact same finishing in my experience. when i go shopping there is a short list of things i check for in terms of consistency and tolerances. if you put two mbk cases side by side youll notice differences even in the beveling on the case and even in the cgs. some are unevenly cut, both the back and the front. some mbk cases even have skinnier lugs than others. make sure your dealer knows of these variations are hand picks against these. crown height from last years MBK stock. ive seen variation amongst this as well.

get the ingod. for $130 its better the stock mbk AND the yuki dial. you can also check out NDT/NP dials on ebay they are about $250 but its the matte 1980s style maxi dial.
