noob was a good watch, but im afraid is severely flawed by todays standards of WM9 offerings, too many things that cant be fixed. if youre looking to spend $100 its the watch for you.

the PT does at the price of being drilled too far up the lug.

no such thing. even the MBK (pictured above) needs lug hole drilling, crown tube swapping, cg trimming. even Yuki and NDT have flaws and they cost 10X the price.

SOLUTION: buy just the case set and get a factory fresh movement, did this with my 2 16610 subs, got my 2836 for $100, incabloc and keeps +2/day

Originally from Eurotimez, way back when ST19 hand wind movement (display back) 12hour sub dial freeze mod rehaut airbrushed satin black sternkreuz crystal from Andy (which IMO makes the look 100% but all 3 mods are detrimental to the look) DONE. looks awesome! well this is the same one i bought http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_3&products_id=6423 the one you linked is from 2006 and has the older dial i was talking about, im not even sure if you'll receive the one pictured because the most recent explorer Is ive seen people buy had the same dial as mine.
