  1. Seafoam, Since I know where you live-- there is an AD "at the mall" that has these in stock. Pop in and try one on. (Just don't wear a rep when you go ;-) ). The watch is a bit thinner than the big CG PAM's-- so it evens things out and has a smaller presence IMHO. HTH,
  2. I also like it. I would be curious to see it with old style pushers as well (but that could impact WR).
  3. RFID sensors, etc. You will be nailed in minutes at a Vegas, Monaco type Casino. You might get away with it on an Indian Reservation Casion or other small town 2-bit place.
  4. Rock Band 2 on the Wii with the RUSH - Moving Pictures DLC purchased. I am up to difficulty level HARD on all instruments for the Rush Tracks.
  5. I agree with this. I almost wish they offered a "barebones" version, or even a "kit" version. Personally, I would love to see see super/ultimate rep'd cases & crystals that TRULY accespt genuine parts. At a minimum a non-AR version at a lesser price since Chief is hard to beat.
  6. Very Nice, wear it well. I might have to add one of these to my collection...
  7. Fantastic. That is one of the best looking 111's I have seen. Cheif's AR rocks!
  8. Excellent. Yes, more details on parts list please...
  9. @kelster, nice vintage Bulova.... BTW: Your avatar pic looks like it was taken at Burning Man??? Still with:
  10. Very nice. I love the simplicity of the dial. Wear it well.
  11. Since you include 40mm and below, that pretty much includes all Rolex and Tudor's except the DSSD. The Sub is the most repped watch ever so I am guessing it is still top dog. I second Dluddy's VC's. Those are striking watches.
  12. Impressive out of the box Lume!
  13. I have to go with PAM. Solid design that will withstand the test of time.
  14. Ahhh, the elusive 048 rep. My wife is dying for one of these. So much, we are considering getting her a GEN. ATTN REP MAKERS: Start Repping these again!!!! PLEASE!!!!
  15. Great Pics, thanks for sharing.
  16. Obviously we have a limited resources, but perhaps as a community we can figure out a way to work smarter. There is a lot of talent here. Although, we have masters like Ziggy, who can do everything, perhaps we need more people specializing, and it becomes a win-win. When you need new tires for your car, you can go to the dealer, or to a shop that just sells and specializes in tires. For example, if you break things down; Movements (simple out of the box, regular maint., clean & regulate) Movement modifications, transplants for Frankens. Lume Case Modifications Dial Modifications AR etc... Let's just say, for example, I became a wiz at just Movement Maint. I make it known, and thus provide ONE specific service-- clean, oil, and regulate. Meanwhile, (insert user name here) is king of case mods like drilling lug holes, replaceing tubes, crown guards, etc. (insert user name here) is a Lume Guru, and of course "Chief" is already the AR king. It becomes a money maker for those interested in a little side work. This may actually be happening, just not very well known. I guess it becomes a case of how motivated people are to provide a service and make it public. Just some random thoughts.
  17. Thanks @Freddy333 fascinating read. I think I am going to post a WTB for one of these rather than continue my eBay search.
