Didn't realize that they made 1/4 scale reps Unbelievable the listing people put up that they feel are acceptable. Even worse is buyers thinking the same.
Huge banner is not so good. I made mine in Excel of all things then captured using MWsnap to create the jpg. Then just host and link to your favorite photo site.
Very nice watches guys. Love the chrono version of the Flying B. New non-chrono however is a bit of a let down...not sure what they were thinking.
Pure hotness
Not so much
Could be the stem is too short if that is the case. Movement might be just fine. If the stem on the new movement is long enough I would try that first.
Absolutely the worst thing you can you can do to your movement. That little drip of oil can and will get everywhere you do not want it to be. May not happen right away but the long term effects are detrimental.
Unfortunately rotors are a bit noisy, nature of the beast I am afraid. You can make the sound go away but in general this is not a good thing.
Only 4 for me, 3 Breitling (SOH V1, SA then SOH V2) and 1 PAM (111h). I then picked up a an 116610. From there it continued to grow. Now out of 32 watches I have 6 Rolex reps, 1 Tudor rep and my ultimate keeper, a gen 70330N Tudor Heritage Chrono
I think you will be lucky if it works. I had to replace a center wheel once on a ST36. I purchased an ETA replacement part. It did not fit out of the box, In my calipers it measured the same but it wasn't. I had to polish the pinion ever so slightly to allow free motion in the jewel. Believe me this was no easy task In any case take that for what it is, seems unlikely that it will be 100% 1:1 to allow replacement but I guess you never know until you try.
