  1. Ouch! That is a really high price. Better to look out for a donor piece and search by vintage chronograph to get your movement. I suspect you will get a better deal that way. That is how I got mine. Although a service will be mandatory going this route.
  2. You may have to get the flat crystal and then replace with an after market domed plexi. I can't recall who did this but I do remember seeing it done.
  3. Great work J. My wife has a similar DJ, all rep of course, that is one of her go to pieces. Where did you score the Gen bits?
  4. I'll let you know after she puts that jug down
  5. Cool vid. Never seen that one. Thanks for sharing
  6. I agree with Ronin. This is how I like to keep up with all the goings on. However, it may not be for all. I figure you can only divide in two ways without it becoming confusing. Either by brand or by type. Just my 2 cents.
  7. Wtf. That is just dumb.
  8. Great build, even better your motivations behind it. Result shows.
  9. Great pics of a great watch from a great deal. Glad I was able to get in on that one too. No pics to share however
  10. Speachless. What an experience. Good on you for making it happen. Must of us only dream.
  11. Phenomenal. Those are just amazing. I am very jealous of you now
  12. Just awesome. That landing looked about the same as an aircraft carrier! Yikes! Thank you so much for sharing your adventure with us. I am looking forward to following along as the story unfolds.
  13. Awesome piece! If you are going to stick with one amazing understated watch this is it. I so want to get a Tudor sub. I hate you now
