  1. I really can't add much to everything that has already been said. We are all here for you and your family in whatever form you need. While you maybe out of the rep game for the time being please keep us posted on how she is doing and if there is anything we can do to help. All the best to you and your family and wishing your precious girl the strength to get through this.
  2. Very nice! Love the flake and yours looks great. You may want to look at some spring bars to fill up them lug holes though
  3. Love the ExpII. That reminds me that I really should wear mine more
  4. Very sharp. Add me to the tuxedo band wagon. All class.
  5. Concur with the others. The cross border time lag while unjustified and inexcusable IMHO is typical. Give it some more time before you panic.
  6. Yup. Looks like the exact same watch. Even the pattern of air bubles under the protective plastic on the bezel is unchanged. I guess new date and time = new watch.
  7. Very nice Fxr. Looks much easier in your tutorial than I expect it is
  8. You picked the right one to keep What a beauty! The others are not to shabby either.
  9. Sorry to hear Red. It was cool to follow something out of the ordinary.
  10. Nice. If you ever leave you will be amazed at how emotionally attached you are for that very reason. Didn't realize myself until the house was empty and I locked the door for the last time on my way out.
  11. Sorry to hear a deal went bad for you. That always sucks. I mod may be able to help you if you wished to pursue further. I can appreciate you wanting to just get it sorted by yourself.....but if you don't know what the keyless works are and are asking how to remove the datewheel I think maybe taking this on as a first movement repair project is a bit too adventurous. If you are hell bent on doing it pretty sure there is a tutorial on resetting the keyless works somewhere on here.... http://www.rwg.cc/topic/132392-eta-keyless-tutorial/ Search is your friend
  12. Got me too! I was like....WHAT!!!!!! Still, great find on the dial and movement. Very cool project. How did you come upon the company that made the custom case? Looks amazing. Thanks for sharing with us
  13. No expert by any stretch but I will offer my opinion any way 1) If it is rep it is a very nice version. Wish mine looked like that What makes me think it might be gen is that the two position adjustment at the clasp looks like it fits. On mine I cannot fit it on the inside of the two positions. However, the spring bar cutout looks a little rough. Final judgement I am not sure. 2) Looks ETA to me. Tough to judge though. 3) Looks like an older ProI from a Super Avenger. What is the end link size?
  14. Hapy fathers day fellas!
  15. Very cool story. Both the original owners and yours. Neat to have a piece in the collection with some history. Doesn't hurt that it is a cool watch too
  16. Now if they would bring back the SOH and do a good navi we would be set.
  17. Nice flakes boys. I really need to start one of these builds.
  18. Not bad TeeJay. Very nice representation from the Tudor family.
