I think the 30/30 rule sounds like a good starting point also. Like mentioned it helps protect everyone to an extent. Us from trolling sellers and newbs from draining their wallet on the first thing that they see (which may not necessarily be what they actually want). Good all around I would say.

I was thinking that too. Although I would want him to take care of those for me also. Definitely. He was a large part of my inspiration to adventure into repairs and such. An incredible source of knowledge, skill and artistry that he was willing to share with our little community. We wouldn't be where we are now.
