Bought this 2537. back in 2004. Black dial/black bezel. I have been told that the minute hand is too short... nevertheless a very nice Omega. Nice gold 007, and very nicely done 007 engraving on the dial. I always prefeered the black face and bezel to the blue.

Gotta be this baby. My new PP Aquanaut. Since purchasing it, and wearing it regularly it has become my new favorite. Rubber strap is super comfortable and wears bigger that its 41/42mm. NICE!

It is like Deja Vu all over again.

I currently own 23 watches. Only wear 3 or 4. I suppose that makes me a collector. I have no plans to sell the 20 that I never wear. I guess that I feel as though I will wear all of them whenever the feeling moves me. Even though 20 sit in my cases unworn, I still love them all. If the MBK PP Nautilus had never been repped, who knows...the mix might have been a bit more diverse.

Sucks the Rolex Submariner isn't made in a woman's size.

Have to agree with Georgegrasser....I gave my wife my Explorer I, and it looks great on her smallish wrist. I like the look of the ss bezel more than the black bezel of the sub. 40mm is s great size on a woman's wrist. -
A very beautiful watch. I own a Casablanca and I too feel that it is a classic. Many of the older. rep FM's are VERY close copies of the gens. The case and ss bracelets are close to perfect. With your beautiful gen dial, you have a beautiful piece on your hands(wrist). Like many of us, I mostly wear larger sport type watches, but for dress the FM's a very cool watches. With the SS bracelets, a classic case and size becomes 'Sporty'. Wear it well.

My Heritage has become one of my favorites. I HAVE compared the rep with the gen at my local AD, and I can tell you they are virtually identical. With the OR strap, the Heritage is the worlds most beautiful DIVER. IMO. Wear it well.

Hostile???? I must have missed a post or two. I saw no hostility in this thread. Certainly not from The Zigmeister. Everyone was attempting to aid you in thier posts. You, (msparkuhl) are the one who seems hostile.

NICE!! Looks best on the rubber. Breitlings on rubber are very nice. Congrats.

Without a doubt the biggest disappointment for me was the Planet Ocean, for a number of reasons. Firstly it was way to big for my 6.75 wrist. Not only that... it just didn't FEEL right. I own and wear watches that are larger, but the case, bracelet and lugs on the PO just weren't right for me. Got rid of it immediately, and never regretted it. It LOOKS like a great watch, but wasn't. Can't win em all.

Test: Silix’ Breitling Aeromarine Superocean H

Without a doubt one of the most beautiful watches on the planet. I too am still waiting for the OR rubber strap, but in the meantime the classic Alligator works JUST FINE. -

Your black dial MBK with minute tracks, is less accurate to the gen jumbo 3700/3800 1A, then this one of mine with the unconnected dots. Which is more accurate to the gen. But of course, neither model is true to the gen because of the difference on the dial of the 'Swiss Made' and incorrect date window alignment and differing date font. However all that being said, the MBK Nautilus is STILL the best rep ever made...IMO. Wear it well.

Breitling Superocean Heritage Owners....Are you happy?
jeff g replied to Bearcat's topic in The Breitling Area
I own the original model with eta. It has the incorrect dial lettering you mentioned, but WHO CARES. Asian 21J version is probably fine. However, I send all my watches to The Zigmeister for servicing. He has serviced my Heritage, and it runs perfectly. IMO the Heritage is as good a 1.1 rep available. The dial, case and OR strap are as nice as the gen. If you like the looks of this watch...buy it. You won't be sorry. Like most Breitlings the SOSF is way to busy IMO. The Heritage is pure...clean...and simple. -
I'm with Corgi for the next few days. Took of my Nautilus since receiving this beautiful version of the Aqunaut. PP is ruling these days.

Don't deal with a drop shipper would be my advice. Better yet try and find a fellow collector to purchase from. The CN versions...1 or 2 are hit and miss. Some better than others. If you can purchase one from a fellow collector you are better able to insure what you see is what you get. You can always mod the watch as far as AR and date wheel etc. after you receive the watch from a reputable source. Drop shippers like all of the dealers you mentioned have NO WAY of guaranteeing a good piece. Good luck. The 3717 is a classic.

I guess that means you will be receiving a few of my recently serviced pieces, again in 5 years or so Mr. Z.
