  1. That is definitely true. The extra bulk does make it a bit of a pain to carry around! I understand what you are referring to now. As for the D200, the higher ISO capabilities are fantastic. And the D3 it out of this world! ISO 6400 no problem!
  2. Very nice Gio! The SSD looks quite nice!
  3. @ vlydog, The look on the girl's face to the right is priceless! She does not look amused at all!
  4. Yes, I am on a 24" screen at max resolution and the pics are still way too big. Can you resize and repost?
  5. Congrats and great story! Wear it well!
  6. Good lord that is gorgeous! It is an abosolute masterpiece! Congrats!
  7. Yeah, the blank warranty sheet was a dead give away for me! Nice try - and the three feedbacks is really reassuring!
  8. Great....another great looking watch to add to the wish list! Thanks!
  9. Very nice R! The Zenith is gorgeous!
  10. Great shots of the twins Ubi! You aren't thinking of breaking them up, are you?
  11. Poor low light performance? I haven't had any issues with my G9 in low light. I do have to use a tripod though to keep it still for the longer shutter times. And as for filters, just get the lens adapter and you can get tons of filters for the G9. ie:
  12. @Pug - the macro's aren't as expensive as you might think if you hunt around for a used one. I got mine on Craigslist used for $300.00. Best investment ever!
  13. Me three! Keep up the great work Freddy! I've been really enjoying your compositions!
  14. Wow Freddy! Fantastic results! Also, with the cannon 50mm prime lens, you will always get some pretty sharp shots. I just ordered the Nikon 35mm F/1.8 DX lens for my D40 and I expect to get the same results (based on 100's of reviews and forums that I have been reading all week). I love the Planar though! Did you manufacture a mount adapter, or does such an adapter exist?
  15. Wait until you bite the bullet and get yourself a macro! Then the real fun begins!! I bought the Tamron SP AF 90mm F/2.8 DP which has an internal motor so it will Auto Focus on your D60 just fine. It is a great piece of glass - nice and sharp! Enjoy the new DSLR!
  16. I quite like that, surprisingly! I didn't think that I would but it looks quite sharp! Nice call!
  17. Four men went to play golf one day. Three of them headed to the first tee and the fourth went into the clubhouse to take care of the bill. The three men started talking and bragging about their sons. The first man told the others, "My son is a home builder, and he is so successful that he gave a friend a new home for free." The second man said, "My son is a car salesman, and now owns a multi-line dealership. He's so successful that he gave a friend a new Mercedes, fully loaded. The third man , not wanting to be outdone, bragged, "My son is a stockbroker, and he's doing so well that he gave his friend an entire portfolio." The fourth man joined them at the tee after a few minutes of taking care of business. The first man mentioned, "We are just talking about our sons. How is yours doing?" The fourth man replied, "Well, my son is gay and a go-go dancer at a gay bar." The other three men grew silent as he continued, "I'm not totally thrilled about the dancing job, but he must be doing well. His last three boyfriends gave him a house, and brand new Mercedes, and a stock portfolio."
  18. Beautiful watch Ubi! Looks fantastic. Would love to see a wrist shot!
  19. The 5513 is a timeless piece in my opinion! It gets my vote for sure. It's next on my list after I finish my Tudor
  20. Traded my DSSD v5 for my 1680 because I couldn't deal with how tall it was! It just sat too high on my wrist. I definitely prefer the lower profile watch cases for myself
  21. My girlfriend bought me this for my birthday last year and I love it. That was, until I found out what she paid for it! It's still a great wallet, but way over priced. I have seen a rep of this for around $35 - $50 USD
