  1. Congrats & good luck! That will be a very nice piece when it's done!! Oh and thanks for posting the part numbers so that others can do the same thing if they choose
  2. Well they have definitely evolved, but that is still a very relevant base PAM. I must admit, the new 112m is pretty stellar though
  3. What I want to know is: how can we get this pitting effect? JMB's bucket of trimmings does some wonders for aging, but I want some pitting!
  4. Why on earth would you possibly be embarrassed by a 112E ??? That is a gorgeous PAM you have there!!! Not to mention rare
  5. Their cover of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" is also pretty outstanding!
  6. Brilliant! Thanks for that!!!!! @Ubi - thanks for the case shot. That helps immensely!
  7. This Tudor 7928 has lived a nice, well loved life
  8. Thanks Chief! I'm not sure actually. I remember reading somewhere that there were two different options for it (of course I could be completely confused about that) I should have had Zig make me a ring while he had the movement for service
  9. If anyone has the info for the correct stem for the 7734 it would be greatly appreciated! Also anyone know of a good source for a movement ring for the DW 7032 kit? Thanks!
  10. Wow that looks pretty good! I love that blue dial!!!! Seems like a decent price to me
  11. Wow very cool! Glad to hear another one has made it into the RWG family So if the total is down to 10 in the world, RWG members own 50% of them? That's awesome!!!!
  12. After reading so many good reviews, I decided to give them a try. I was surprised at the cost to be honest. I know they aren't cheap, but I was really pleased with the #2 costing $27.00 USD I cannot get over the feel of these. The dumostar metal with the matte finish just feels like there is no way they will ever slip out of my hands, and the tips feel so precise I would be surprised if I managed to lose any parts with these. I would highly recommend these to anyone considering tweezers. Spend the money on these. It's worth it. @O/S - if you can add dumont tweezers to your line up, I think that would be a great thing!!!
  13. Well with the colossal failure of HP's TouchPad, my guess you will be able to get one of those for a bargain fairly soon. Sounds like HP's thrown in the towel on hardware.
  14. You got that one back from your wife, huh Ubi? Wearing my 112m for Friday
  15. Sold for $2,650 Here's another interesting one. A US Diver's Sharkhunter. Click Me
  16. Some nice pictures Bernie.... I have moved this to the appropriate section - The Omega Section. Welcome to the forum!!!
  17. Thanks R for the clarification! That makes sense then
  18. Based on that info then, I believe I have a gen 702:
  19. I know this may seem trivial to some, but I got my first pair of really good tweezers today and I must say they are VERY impressive! I bought a pair of Dumont Style #2 tweezers in the newer dumostar material and man are they ever sweet!!! I cannot believe I tried to work on a watch without these! I have already ordered two more tweezers to round out the set. I also ordered a #5 and a #00 for heavy duty stuff. Got a sweet case for them as well
