  1. It looks like an upgrade (or downgrade) just happened! Go admin go!
  2. I am having a little trouble connecting...am I all alone?
  3. Very Cool Ubi - I guess that can lead to some very expensive Frankens - but the end results are amazing! Does the stock Daytona also run at 36000?
  4. @ubi - Where'd you get the ebel movement? Seems like a fairly expensive movement just by itself... DB2
  5. That is a beaut! Can't wait to get my crystal back from Chief!
  6. No doubt...but, even as an Apple fan, that video is pretty funny
  7. I need to post another positive for the iPad. I did a little experiment today. I decided to shoot some pictures on my D60, download them to my iPad, edit the photos on my iPad using a $2 app called Filterstorm, uploaded them on to my ftp server at work, and then post a topic on RWG, and it all worked seamlessly. And as a sit in front of the tv and browse the web device, it is killer! Nothing can beat that, not a netbook nor a laptop nor anything else for that matter!
  8. I just finished adding ETA Day and Date wheels to my V3 3717. It also has one of Chiefs double AR'd crystals on it. I am very happy with the finished result. I ran into a couple of small hitches in the process but thanks to a couple of of supply drops from Ubiquitous and Coolfire, I've got everything back together and running great!
  9. The PAMs are really starting grow on me! I just might end up with one at some point This is a beautiful example!
  10. I didn't know the Arc was that big! Wow! Cool shot, btw!
  11. IWC 3717 back on the wrist today after a little parts drop help from Ubi and Coolfire It now has: ETA Day and Date Wheels Chiefs Double AR and I am very happy with it
  12. @OSRep the SO Heritage is a looker. I just can't do the larger size. 42mm is just about perfect as far as I'm concerned...
  13. I like this one more every time i see it. Can't wait for this one...i hope it's close to the gen..
  14. KB - My San Diego Koala says hi
  15. I'm with Redwatch. I have a D60 which I believe to be pretty close to the D5000 minus the liveview...which I think is a cool feature...but...I would save up my duckets and go for the D90 - amazing camera! I really want one!
  16. Me thinks that during the last server update a lot of the old pictures got lost or are just in different directories now. I was trying to look up Pug's tutorial on changing the date and datewheels on the A7750, the thread was there but the pics were gone...
  17. Hi Bitmit - welcome to the forum - from my understanding - and I am sure somebody will correct me if I'm wrong...most of the watches come from one factory, and then get distributed through the dealers. I know that the Second link you have listed in Joshua's site. He's a trusted dealer and I've used him a couple of times. So here goes my answers to your questions... 1) Probably the same basic watch from all dealers 2) Movement will more than likely need servicing. Most people recommend buying the watch, and if you really like it and it turns into a keeper, send it off to one of the local (local as in RWG local) repairmen to have it serviced. 3) The stock AR is decent, but the AR from Chief is Amazing - you really have to see one in person to understand it, but you can't go wrong with getting AR done.. 4) I would go with the bracelet - it's a really good Rep (as long as it's the same as the standard 3717 bracelet) and is really comfortable As for the lack of reviews - probably mostly due to the fact that it's not as popular os the standard 3717-01 -DB2
  18. Very nice AllergyDoc! Are you really an AllergyDoc? I love my Nasonex
  19. I am am apple fan, and I have one too! It really is great as a sit on the couch and surf device! Way easier than getting out the laptop (and I have a small laptop (MacBook Air)) I highly recommend the iPad - it''s quite cool!
