Sorry to say but your No Date Sub is completly wrong,
because the Dial must be smaller also Crystal.
It has the same Diameter as the SD.
Also the Bezel is smaller on a 14600 No date Sub.
I have never seen a Rep with correct dimensions on this
Cheers Tribal
Good to know you are back Chris and also warm welcome to your support team
I know you as a good guy and it's great that u solved your problems now.
Cheers your friend Tribal
You are right,
it was only to test if this works and if it looks similar to the WM9 Pearl.
It can be done better for shure. The plastic dot inside the Pearl must removed,
than you can apply more SL a bit less glossy varnish and that's it.
Btw the gen Pearl is also slightly doomed
the overall quality of a gen Insert is much better and worth the money.
Hello Gang,
now I know how WM9 made the Pearls of their Inserts...
I experimented today a bit and this is the result...
That's a standard Rep Insert,
I applied some SL on the Pearl and put some glossy varnish on it....
Thats maybe the reason why most of the WM9 Pearls look different
Looks good I think
I remember that time as I showed my Lugholed MBW 16610 in the old Forum....
At this time in the past MBW was a myth only some members know about MBW.....
Too funny
Now we have it available for everybody and also a lot of other great reps thats a great thing I think....
I love this community
Thanks guys,
I think the Dial can be relumed for shure.
But it's a hard job
Vaccum is able to do this maybe just ask him.
It's much more difficult to work with SL it was not so easy to do the Hands.
I looked on the Dial under black light and now the color of the markers
is different to the hands and Pearl
you can't see it in normal light so the question is, is this really SL on the markers?
Under blacklight SL C1 glows bright white.
So,
Dial relumed and Vintaged
Hands vintaged
Tropic 39
CG's reshaped inside out
HEV Mod
Caseback vintaged
Flat Top Date wheel
Tube and Crown
Hey Alberto good you like it
