You can go with a MBW 1680 Case,
it is mostly signed 5513 inside the Lugs.
Or you can go the cheaper way and buy a
Sillix Vintage Sub,also a good base for a 5513 Project.
It's your choice

I climbed in too late.
But I saw its a WM9.
I build a similar for W.Genzo and Stephane in the past.
The idea for the SEL are damn good because the WM9
ones are really good in my opinion.

from Lug to Lug 46mm
Height is 12,7mm
The Brass Bezel
Retaining Ring is 33,7mm
Outer Diameter is 38,5mm
Inner Diameter is 33,7mm
Bezel Height is 2,7mm

Here are some Dial shots to make you fuzzy
Relumed it and made some Varnish on it to become the old look
Too bad it's Lazarinis watch
I have done it on V1 and V2.....
You need a thin knife or anything else to do it..
Put the blade under the gap between case and Bezel.
Try to lift a bit and then go around the bezel and lift it more.
After this it comes off..
But be carefull otherwise you bent the Bezel...
