The wm's are a different pearl for regular 16610 type subs, not the ceramic. I don't think they sell that pearl yet. The other posts might be right, buy the whole insert.

There was a Viet Nam 5510 a guy posted on RG last year his cousin or someone brought back. The guy pm'd me asking if I wanted to buy it several months later. It was pretty nice rep and I believe it had an eta movement with a Rolex cloned rotor. Even the movement was vintaged/aged and looked good. I remember at the time thinking it would be cool if someone made eta rotors that looked like Rolex like that one. Not just logo..but the shape and style. Never seen anything like that other than that watch.

It is interesting, a Franken on eBay that hasn't been pulled. I guess the gen forum guys will find it in due time. Personally I see nothing wrong with it, seller is upfront with what he has. The gen guys hate this sort of thing though. 5 bidders too.

Chuckster, Your interest happens to be one the more difficult reps on a budget. If there were levels of reps, Daytona's would be "expert" level. I don't want to discourage you from them, but as Andy mentioned, you are better served to wait a bit before you buy one. The most accurate ones have to be built and are very very expensive. As far as subdials, there are no rep movements that are exact size as rolex. This is why the compromise on the cheaper ones. I have been around reps awhile, have many fine watches....I found out I wasn't ready for a daytona yet. I do own a cheaper one. There's just so much to learn and know. The good news is the info is all here at rwg

1665 SeaDweller bezel is thicker/taller than a 5512/13 1680 Submariner bezel.

Same watch, just a more expensive movement.

Thanks for the reply...I was asking about the bezel, not the bezel insert. I take it you didn't remove the bezel?
