Very nice Dutch! That looks great! How did you make your pearl? I wonder what the differences are between the MBW 5513 and 1680 cases? I have a MBW 5513 case set and am assembling parts for a 5512. I have gen T19, gen 702 crown/tube(ty ubi) and the case set has already had the needed mods. Also have a nos gen insert. I am waiting on an Ingod 5512 dial to get here. I still have not decided on a movement.

Yeah, you ask what you can, read tons, and then for better or worse you just have to jump in and get a watch! Then you can study it and truly find it's faults and figure how to correct them.. It's where the fun begins

I wish somone would buy and disect one. Too bad about the bezel construction. If they had done the right case with the new movement and all of it was at least close to 1:1, they'd sell like hotcakes. They come so close on so many aspects of these watches, I wonder why there is always some major construction flaw on any given model. Surely they read the boards and they must know what we want. All of the parts that we swap could be made like crap on the watch...just get the 1:1 basic correct.

TW Best made 16600's? This is the first I've heard of this. Learn new things every day here. I would have thought I'd have seen some of these on the second hand market. Post some pictures Bill if you can! I'd love to see those!

I don't know that anyone's bought one yet, at least they haven't posted a review anywhere. I'll be interested to see if gen parts do in fact fit.......and see if it is actually reliable or not.
