  1. I think I found the watch I need to work on for the ST19-02 movement I have. I see a few cases, question if, what dial and hands. E
  2. Speaking of polishing, I have gotten really good results with 2 micron paste and a dremel on high E
  3. I would use a bit of 100% acetone on the insert first(with a paper towel for god friction) then use the bleach. If it's not ceramic, the f-er must age! E
  4. I meant Gen like dials. I need a dial as I am getting a different case for another movement similar to this and hands. I want to have the exact opposite in dials as this one. E
  5. I have two if the ST1902 One needs a dial. Do we know which Daytona rep dials fit this movement? E
  6. Where did the dial come from that fits the St19 movement? Is there a difference between the a7750 dials and the ones that fit the St19? E
  7. Did the subdials fit the ST19 movement? I need a dial for a Daytona project(have two currently and this dial looks interesting. E
  8. What case is that? What movement? Where did you source the hands from? Looks really good. E
  9. I'm digging the straps a LOT!!! where did you source them from? E
  10. I have asked this before, but I need to know which manufacturer has a Daytona rep dial that fits the ST19 movement. Or if someone has a rep dial that they would like to sell that fits this movement, for a vintage project that will be grand. E
  11. Be VERY VERY careful with a dremel. Use the slowest speed setting when ever possible. It is very easy to [censored] it up if not careful. I like to hand file first. Small file and a vise grip and patience. You can always take more later, but it is VERY hard to put material back on E
  12. Quick and dirty of one I just built using a case Chiman12 sourced for me. Milsub dial, sword hands, aged bezel. On a custom black Zulu PVD strap. Odd comb, but apparently these were issued as parts were available. E
  13. Get one of Eric's leather aged Bundt straps! I HATE to love this watch. E
  14. Very nice bones. Very nice indeed. E
  15. Although Ken has dials in the 26mm range, I would like to try this as an alternative first. E
  16. Makes sense. I am gathering parts for this already. Need a good case and hands source. E
  17. I think 702 into 700 is easier/plausible. 700 into 702, not so much. The main reasoning to trim down a 702 tube(sacrilege anyone?) is perhaps to have the two o-rings in the tube, as opposed to one. E
  18. Any updates? You got me going here E
  19. Bones, i would love to see the details of the crystal on these. I am placing an order soon, and Michelle mentioned that they don't have the old cases any more. Nanuq, Cannot find if I asked this before, on your macro dial shot, is that dial sitting inside the rehaut, or just underneath? E
  20. How about a group test buy for some of us to buy a few of these at "test" prices and provide out feedback? I will be definitely interested in at least two. E
