  1. Welcome to you and your pics
  2. Congrats on your purchases, make sure to post pics when they arrive.
  3. Only my close buddies know, and the gf. If others don't ask I need not tell. But i would gladly reveal the truth to anyone who respectfully makes such a request.
  4. 12 was a dissaster and still the greatest is 11. i do hope they can pick up the slack in this new one. And thanks to the OP, I will go check out that trailer.
  5. Yes congrats to the winners, Give that Hublot a nice home
  6. As the details say under my name, i'm fairly new, yet I notice myself constantly looking at watches, everywere I go they jump out at me. I'm twaching TV or anything and I will try to spot what it is. My friends think i'm crazy the gf thinks i'm going through some sort of phase and she thinks(hopes) I will get over it soon..What dissapoinment I'll turn out to be..lol
  7. Congrats on the watch, and don't let anyone tell you that large watches don't look good on small wrists. Mine is a bit thicker but i recently got a 44m Pam and i'm defitenly ordering a 47m next. The Steelfish is advertised as 43 give or take. And IMO leather makes the watch itself stand out more and since most SS bands are very thick, animal hide is the way to go for those with smaller diameter wrists. Still when you get a chance pick up a breitling Bentley on SS
  8. Hmm mine doesn't look "dirty" i guess it doesn't bother me that it's mineral and the lack of AR, i'm certain the only people who would notice such a thing is an RWG member.lol or an AD (but i doubt they even know that much, besides I would never take it there to test) Otherwise the watch is great in it's two variations, everyone is enjoying them, a definte must have
  9. Call me crazy but id get the new IWC Costeau Divers, Asian movmt. Serviced and superlumed...Thats it TY have a nice day
  10. That is defintely impressive. And to those involved in such a labor, I must applaud you, it's not easy to run into people willing to help others in such a small niche hobby, but this forum is full of them.
  11. Ihavn't performedn any test but i beleive it is stated to be mineral (thick mineral for that matter ) Besides the watch looks superb, congrats on your purchase and as they see around these parts Wear it well my friend.
  12. Thank you soo much that really helped out a lot. i should have looked there first even before doing the search.
  13. i did a search and although many threadds mention it as you can imagine, but have not stumbled on any that actually explain what this "problem is" i hear such and such dealer sends them fixed and some worst than others anybody here that can be gracious enogh to explain to this PAM newbie what this term means? My 111h is in the mail and just wanted to know. Thanks in advance
  14. If you look around this very section you will find a great deal of posts regarding the navi and all it's glory, you will find answers to questions you havn't even asked yet, I highly recommend you spend some time reading up before you make the purchase and welcome aboard.
  15. I havn't pulled the trigger on a chrono watch yet but this one defintely looks appealing. Can't wait till the announcement is made.
  16. I have a blue dial on SS band light model..let me tell you i love it, the lack of AR doesn't bother me one bit. And still gets the compliments while i'm on the street. It's big bulky and heavy just the way I like it. Date changes on the dot, and keeps very descent time, the sweep is impressive date fond and it's allignment are pot only minor flaw Ive noticed is the date goes a bit off center when it reaches about the 22-24 but only a slight off to the right..No one would even notice unless you stare at it for a good amount of time. And the lume is fantastic for a rep, mine has some good lume considering some of the first blue dial versions had a bit of lumpyness to the hour markers but i was lucky I guess. I hear the recently purchased ones are much better overall in that respect
  17. This feels much better. I really hope things stay this way. Good work to those in charge of this improvement.
  18. Ive been here since Januray of this year, but I feel right at home .. So I upgraded as well
  19. DOn't they claim this to be the watch with the most working complications? I have seen it on both Trustytime and Perfectclone's sites
  20. Very ncie review not to mention the watch..and it looks fantastic on that blue strap with the dial...So this is the XL brother of the Navi, looks good.
  21. The date font isn't alligned properly, and the strap has a "cheap" look to it. Sorry it made me like less of a newb
  22. The carrera black dial is an impressive watch, have you considered the link chrono? just to name another good Tag. Or you can try some of the great Breitling reps out there like the BCE or a Steelfish. And if your in no hurry that Costoue Diver looks amazing... Options..you have lots of those, but most important is to pick something you really like. And sorry for the loss, rep or gen it's still your property and no one has the right to take it from you.
  23. Wow very nice, i expect my first pam (111h)to arrive soon as well, early next week if all goes well. Enjoy.
  24. Like many of you my addiction is pretty common place, and so are my wish list entries. 1. Bentley T black dial SS band 2. Couteu Diver 3. tag LInk chrono black dial 4. IWC Port. Chrono white dial gold case. 5. Super Avenger! with correct subdial print. 6. Tag carrera on SS band. black dial. 7. SMP blue 8. Railmaster XXL Ohh yeah . . 9. Daydate all gold black dial. For the classy pimp in me.
  25. very nice, i just picked up a 111h myself. and ordered a Bob strap for it. Quick question is that the Ultimate GT XL? or the other version? Either way ithey both look great. Enjoy
