  1. BR today.
  2. You are no worse than those of us reading your post about 9000 posts. We all could use some therapy.
  3. Why, the gold Panny, obviously. Not a gold guy, mind you, but that's the one.
  4. I think the black is classier for this model
  5. Thanks - beautiful collection. Didn't know about the Genta heritage re the IWCs.
  6. Tourby, what's the difference? I'm not familiar with Croc grain at all. Thanks.
  7. Great fun. I concur with JFreeman - any woman who agrees to have wrist shots taken is a keeper. Mine refuses outright on grounds that it's absolutely ridiculous. "What's wrong with you?!," she growls.
  8. A good deal on a croc deployant for the 44mm PAMs would be BOB. Not OEM, but bang for the buck. Moreover, great to deal with!
  9. If it's the same model as Trusty's, then I believe they are pins that LOOK like screws. Hence, you tap them out :-) I have the 7753 and learned this info from one of our members who switched out the strap. I am pretty sure that there will be no difference btween the Asian and Swiss pins. Fake screws. Good luck!
  10. Euno, so sorry to hear of your loss. Our deepest sympathies. There are no words to describe the vaccum created by the loss of a dearly loved one. Be thankful that you were able to be by his side and share his last moments. God bless.
  11. Pug, I'm guilty as charged. Always enjoy your posts, but don't always respond. Reasonable enough to assume that I'm in the majority. Keep up the great work.
  12. Nicest B&R. Thanks for the wrist shot, especially. Have one on the way
  13. Great thread Andreww. I love that subdials at 6-9-12 model.
  14. Laz, you're a class act, my friend. Always enjoy your posts. Terrific photo journal; keep them coming!
  15. Hi Everyone. I figured that since there are some world travellers and international business types here, this would be the appropriate place to pick some brains. A business associate wants a GSM PDA phone with data connection and push email capabilities. I personally prefer the tri/quad band Treo 650/700, but apparently my friend is having a hard time finding a carrier with reasonable worldwide rates. He doesn't want to spend a fortune in roaming charges for GPRS services. He thought that the Blackberries might be better suited for him as he's heard of worldwide plans and rates, etc. So here is my question: For a world traveller, which is the best phone model and plan? He will probably buy the plan in the US, but is not a US resident, and will be travelling most of the time in any event. Thanks so much for your thoughts and advice.
  16. OK, too erudite for my blood. Time to put on the S. Tachini track suit, white Nikes, iPod, FreeStyla.mp3, Big Date and diamond grill. Jogging off to a thread with comments suited for simpler folk. Bye bye, then.
  17. another vote for the 112. Super watch.
  18. Definitely growing on me.
  19. Chuck doesn't have blood. He has mercury pumping through his veins.
  20. V, I think you should be a screen writer for Frasier
  21. The Sir has exquisite taste. Nice collection.
  22. I'm lazy and haven't used Google images to compare. What's inaccurate about it? Haven't seen the gen. When I saw that model it just jumped out of the browser at me; what a watch!
  23. Always happy to oblige
  24. It's very slightly loose. Nothing egregious like on the Ultimate 092. Slightly clicks with a gentle tap. Nonetheless, solid feeling.
