Hi guys. I actually bought a rep of the skull hydrogen of one of these.

 

This Model, mainly for a photoshoot. I thought the large size would look good in photo. I'll let you know about the quality when it arrives.

C-rap like this has a TENDENCY to disappear from the market. 

The black one is not bad though. 

Black Skull Hydro is Ok too. I sorta like skull dials.

Here are a few quick wrist shots. Sorry it took so long, moved countries and also just got back from Istanbul.

Its a decent rep, looked great fresh outta the box. the hands are wrong shape and the size. But as its a little known watch most people would never notice. I get a lot of complements on this watch, mostly from young people and rocker types. I'm not sure if the other designs would gamer the same response. Its not that hard wearing though. the black has started to come off the winder, I'm guessing from skin secretions? The band is great and overall I would say the watch is 90%-98% the same as original except the hands. the back looks great too. Nice screws and decent etching.

 

I have one better front shot done outside, with no glare on the crystal. need to find it on my phone...

In Italy it works that way...

Choose a name that looks trendy: here "Tendenza", the Italian word, means something on the edge of a trend, like "Discoteca di tendenza" = "Most trendy disco" (= a place full or metrosexuals and bi_ches throwing away their money), and that note of English is even more "trendy" in the eyes of some 22yo dumbass

Then put this stuff on some football player so that it's visible on the TV during the matches

Funny, some of these were just being sold on Woot for really cheap. Like mid priced Rep prices. -$200.

I haven't heard of woot. But I'm guessing maybe they were reps? I have seen some ebay for about that price that were definitely reps. I paid about $100 for mine, came in perfect box with papers etc. The skull version I got is limited edition and I think went for about or just over $500. The original came with a skull shot glass, designed by Bill Murray. Mine didn't obviously.

 

The later skull ones I didn't like the design, more cartoonish skull with a jaw bone etc.

 

I think the model I got was a 'hydrogen skull'. Also they do both quartz and automatic mechanisms. Maybe the lower end quartz models are cheap?

 

I don't like an of their other designs really. Just the fact it was a large, all black watch that had a skull on it. I like skull stuff. Silver skull rings etc.

OK just seen Watchismo has a 75% off sale on. i am going to pick up a real one of these and compare. but I can't decide on white on black like I have or a new one white on black. Or even on of the other colours. Sale is one week only, so needs to be a quick decision! Any thoughts guys.

This will be the start of my rep vs gen journey ha ha….
