Victoria
I'm angry I've been stuck home all day due to heavy rain, when I have so many pending chores to do, SO... Children of Bodom's "Lake Bodom" & Wagner's "G
Roland
The Solti Ring, good choice. Walkuere might be best for a rainy day, it opens with a fierce storm. Myself, right now listening to Pergolesi's Stabat Mater with Andreas Scholl.
Victoria
The Solti Ring, good choice. Walkuere might be best for a rainy day, it opens with a fierce storm. Yes, but I needed to be calmed down, and the Prologue is almost mesmeric. It comes at you in waves, building, building...tension, release, tension, release -- love it. Myself, right now listening to Pergolesi's Stabat Mater with Andreas Scholl. Ooh, nice. Never heard it -- I'm a total music illiterate, really. EDIT: Found it on iTunes. Ah that one! ...I don't know titles, but I can always recognise a work I've heard before. @GiD: I love Goldfrapp, Volker! Nice choice there. EDIT: Yes, it was that bad. (I love Wagner). Chronus
And right now is Craig David - Rendezvous (DJ Premier remix) I can't get enough of those DJ Premier beats.... he has a James Brown mix tribute as well. The remix he made for Janet Jackson's "Together Again" completely transforms the song... so different... and haunting. The 8gb on the memory card on my phone is different to the stuff I keep at work...so I have some salsa, merengue, metal/rock, hip hop/rap, r&b, techno, house, pop etc... I even have the Vengaboys on there...! Next up... another DJ Premier gem: Hustlin' Daze with Donell Jones
