Nanuq
Not going to ever be the greatest, but it'll always be my first build and its in to the home stretch. I love that dial! Now you have to make the hands match it. A very simple (and irreversible) way to add some tint is to hold a lit cigarette close to the hands (while they're mounted on toothpicks) and let the heat discolor them. Go slow. A very simple (and irreversible) way to add some tint is to hold a lit cigarette close to the hands (while they're mounted on toothpicks) and let the heat discolor them. Go slow. Thanks for the tip! I'm going to have to find a new seconds hand as its slipping on the pin. The dial was what made the build. It was the first piece I bought and I fell in love with it. It's odd since the hands are allegedly from the same watch.
