thats without crown and bezel - lets not forget dial and hands....at that point you may as well buy a used working tudor submariner for a bit extra haha
beat up original tudor submariner will still put you in the $1.5K and above mark, if you are lucky. Actually I have yet to see a beat up tudor anyway close to $2K on the web
You really should do a search in the Rolex subforum... there should be a few threads on this. Here's one that I built which has a breakdown of parts being used. http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/166374-tudor-9411-build-completed/?hl=%2Btudor+%2B9411#entry1305833
Hey guys, I've been out of the loop in terms of TC submariner parts list so thought i'll see if I can kindly get a refresher on this. I'm after a spare TC bracelet - what version is he up to? and does he still sell them separately? Been hearing its hard to get a hold of him these days. If anyone has one, happy to purchase it too! thanks!
recognised that closed factory piece! You gotta get the GMT thing going - recall seeing someone sell a genuine GMT bezel insert....perfect for this no?
Please let me know if any German members can help me with a letter? I need an German address to receive an membership letter from Air Berlin. Not a watch but only a standard letter. thanks
Dealt with Baleindessable once - have to admit, very strange transaction. Paid for a band, he said it was shipped, 8 days later said sorry band is fake, here's a refund and that he stopped the package from leaving his country of origin. Never heard of anyone being able to stop a package once shipped via domestic post (not fedex, etc). Anyway, gave him the benefit of the doubt, guess I was right afterall.
They are effectively the same - shouldn't really be a big price difference. The 2836 is a little more expensive. The 2836 has a DAY function and can be converted to GMT if needed.
