Ron, this looks awesome. First one to be shown here. How do you like the strap (and box)? For me tonight: After a weekend with this ( turning into my all-time favorite daily beater):

Very nice pick-up. You will love it. I just got mine and wear it every day (at least in the evening). If you want to mix it up a bit in the future: Try a bund strap, it really changes the character and wrist presence of the watch (and makes you feel like Paul Newman for a while): Enjoy it.

It's the skin of a local snake (Zumbadora they call it here) and I used the dark brown part of the tail). I also made one in vintage black leather and one in Chocolate Cayman (will take some pics tomorrow at daylight). All I need now are blue eyes and a better looking face and the Newman look would be complete ....

Thanks guys. And it's probably the most comfortable strap ever... I never really liked bund straps, but it works really well with the watch and gives it a bit more wrist presence and size:

Ouch - this watch reminds of a funny story when I was young, dumb and ... well you know the rest. Gave a gen of this watch to my GF at the time and when she turned out to be a heartless [censored], I went to her house and asked to have the watch back, when she gave it back I produced a hammer and smashed it right there, so she wouldn't have to be reminded of me any longer. Obviously I didn't appreciate watches then. Today I would just have given her a rep and not worry ....

Nobody started a Friday Wristshot thread, so I just tag onto yesterday's: Just finished this strap from a beautiful snakeskin I bought in Bangkok: And made a strap for my iPod Nano as well (it's called NANOMANO and will be officially presented in the next issue of German Playboy on November 11th):
