1. A professionally serviced replica watch can keep as accurate a time as any genuine branded mechanical watch. Swiss COSC standards allow 6 seconds of gain per day. Don't imagine a $7000 Submariner works miracles on the wrist. Its a very simple, rugged mechanical movement.
2. If you want to wash it every night, then get it checked for water resistance. Its a very inexpensive test.
3. I've had a high quality Miyota powered quartz Bell n Ross rep for four years and its still purring away on it's original battery.

I would very much advise against a big baller watch in a profession where you are running and moving and shaking all day long. These big watches beat up your wrist bone when they move too much.

If you have a meaty wrist, this may not apply to you, but my bone is prominent.
4. There is a new "super clone" ETA that is much closer to genuine than the 4-5 year old clones. As for fitment .. on a part by part basis, it's the luck of the draw. Quality-wise? Very good!
5. I did not realize they re-wrote their web site. They use to have an area for wholesale pricing to the public. In the Q&A section they now say to email the Sales associate to inquire about that kind of thing.
6. http://www.TimesShop.net is a trusted dealer on RWI forum, and openly offers wholesale pricing on orders of 7 watches or more. It's clearly detailed on their web site. Something on this forum is preventing this link from being clicked. Cut and paste it into a new window.
7. Modder / watch repair technician Vaccum tested my 500M and it passed at 7ATM depth. Please remember that Sgt.Guk's watch and my watch are modded .. hundreds of dollars of mods. The watch from the replica factory will not look this good. Let me say that modern, high quality replicas that you will buy from the trusted dealers here are **supposed to be** waterproof but the bad quality control at the Chinese factories can leave off a gasket or not tighten a case back, and then your waterproof watch is full of water. Always check a watch with an inexpensive water resistance test. Vaccum will test a watch and repair minor leaks for around 40-50 US dollars.
8. If you think that watch is worth the cost, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you! explanation for people outside the USA: this model, the 318, is the Brooklyn Bridge model. In America, if you are scamming someone by selling them shady merchandise, you are selling them the Brooklyn Bridge. This is a real, old saying! This saying implies that the buyer is naive, and will buy your junk without question.
9. Polishing cloth removes brushed finish. It is abrasive.
10. One watch is in shade and one watch is in light. Nothing useful can be told from these bad pictures. Calling something like this an "instant tell" is a wild exaggeration at best
11. So there you go. It got knocked so hard in transit that the balance spring was caught on itself.
12. Someone who's attention to detail includes gold-plating of parts, for accuracy, deserves much respect.
13. BAH .. there's nothing wrong with some nice Selitta SW200s in these.
14. All you need to do is look on eBay for gen bags with lots of wear .. and still selling for $1300 looking like a dog chewed on them. My wife was upset when the bottom corners of her Bergies Birkin started to show wear, so I showed her pictures of used genuine Birkins .. the exact same wear patterns!!!
15. Today I wore my "sun faded" W0lf / JMB built 1680
16. Marlin is already a well-known Panerai replica modder. He sells his watches and services to the community all the time.
17. Timesshop.net is not gone. I dont know what URL you were mis-typing.
18. Replicas have bad quality inspections .. or no quality inspections. Just because the replica is supposed to be waterproof does not mean that the assembly lady did not put in the gaskets because it was her first day on the job. If you want to swim or shower in your watch, get it checked in a pressure chamber. It is very cheap to check this.
19. This is the magic of a site/community like this one. You come in looking for one thing, and discover a whole hobby. You don't even know what you don't know .. but look around and you'll find it all.
20. Superglue has the chance to haze the crystal and the ceramics. It's vapors harden and stain clear and reflective surfaces.
21. All I see it as .. is this: I want to donate 10 bux a month to the community. Not 5 .. so I go Platinum. It doesnt matter what it "means" .. it matters that the doors are kept open. that's my view, anyway.
