Nice selection there, The first choice I would make if I were you is on the size as you have watches in that list between ≈36mm and ≈41mm. If you choose the smaller watches you also have the choice of vintage or modern models (vintage for those may require a build not a buy though). Best of luck for your first rolex

Rolex 1016 on a nato strap that I just stitched up.

It's hardly what I would call a dress watch, almost but not quite. Hopefully we will have a dress watch in the new reverso, if only it wasn't quartz

I too doubt that we will see it. They're typically not that good with simple replicas, or non sporty reps.

Looks like a couple of costly mistakes.

Mine uses a gen ETA-2824-2, which I think has the incorrect beat-rate but I'm not currently too worried about it.

Good luck, I initially planned on replicating that exact watch (the Ian Fleming if I'm not mistaken?) but found it too difficult to get the vintage to look correct, so I took the easy route and made a "modern" 1016. As close as I got with the chapter ring: "Modern" 1016:

The problem with rep nomos is that they are relatively inexpensive gen, so you could probably find an accurate rep coming up in the percentage value of the gen.
