It all depends on your tastes. If you seek a marina sandwich dial, you can't go wrong with anything from noob factory. specifically the new PAM111 with incabloc mod.

Great watch!!! Mine says hello Regarding the Jimmy Fu Caseset, I have one to compare against the gen 6502 and besides the lug shape it is 1:1 in everyway, both internal and external. Also the Gen B Series crown and gen CG is a direct fit, no modding required. You're really lucky to have that JF case Ozerov. Very nice.

Bad news about DSN... He discontinued his amazing Pre-V crown in favor of a new very oddly designed crown and tube with no gaskets. I'm truly disappointed. This is a huge step backward in the ability to create a nice, easily sourced, fully functional Pre-V case. Good thing I have a stockpile of them.

I struggle for a response to this statement These are far from fake dials. When considering a Rolli/FGD dial, it's best to not think in terms of Rep or Gen. This is a Swiss/German made collaboration, hand made in the same shops that create Panerai and other high end dials. I have held a genuine Pre-V dial valued at around $4000 right next to the Rolli/FGD dial and was floored at the realization that he does indeed use the exact same processes and methods to craft his dials: Bead Blasted brass plate, colored in an acid bath, not painted, lumed at RC Tritec, varnished with the same material as gen, etc... it's all true. If budget is your concern, stick with Chinese garbage. If owning a beautiful time piece is your desire. Then sell a few reps and own a true hand crafted masterpiece on par or better than genuine Panerai dial.

Really tough to say. I'd say the bezel looks correct, but the CG doesn't look like the EL shape I'm familiar with. Also the lugs look a bit different. I can say that I have successfully converted a 2836 EL to a 2893. So it may be possible to use this case either way. A picture of the caseback would help as well.

If you ever have a choice... Pick noob. Quality and finish on the parts are always a step ahead.
