  1. Yeah mine was about that. I think I’m having the rep as well, because I can
  2. For anyone who remembers all the fuss over the Casio Royale, especially over on RWI I was cruising around Chinese sites and found there is a rep out😂 €13.00
  3. That is a very impressive job there
  4. No this has been discussed before, the SH is a clone apart from the escapement the SA is just similar but with no interchangeable parts other than hands and dial. Then there is the S3135which is an ETA clone in fancy dress. I wish the makers/Dealers would use less confusing names
  5. Still out of focus, it seems to be a requirement that Mods are crap at photography 😉 So how many Planet Pros do you own now?
  6. Ah, now I know who you are🙂 PM incoming
  7. As far as I know parts are not available for the SA3135. Options would be to place a WTB advert for a movement. Some have swapped them for genuine or Yuki movements. Also replacing it with an SH/Yuki is an option
  8. Ubi building again, Pffft! Not that exciting, somewhere between the Beetles reforming and the second coming
  9. Hello and welcome to to our community. I can’t really help you with your question, I’m not US based. Most dealers accept the Customs risk, so although the first purchase is always a worry I recommend you just be patient and wait for it to turn up at your door. Don’t forget to tell us about it and post pictures once it arrives
  10. Sharing knowledge is what we do here. Always a pleasure to be able to help. If you need help bouncing a watch from UK/Europe to you, give me a shout
  11. I thought so. I have pocket watches with dials by that method. In fact I know a girl who restores them or makes them from scratch and I have often wondered if she would be able to do a wristwatch dial. I can’t see why not, some ladies pocket watches were as small or smaller than a wristwatch. Those pictures are very clear BTW and thanks again Ubi for sharing
  12. There is a guy on RWI seems to specialise on them. Reppossed if I remember correctly
  13. Yeah, I’m the same. I have seen that watch on and off for a few years now and every time I go a little green with envy. is that an enamel dial?
  14. @irate03 I think the penny has just dropped. You used to post a lot on HF and did some rather tasty Pam dials at one time. I well remember following that Tudor build. I would love to see you posting more here mate.
  15. https://rwg.cc/forum/230-watches-clothing-parts-accessories/
  16. If I had I would gift it to you buddy. Anyone seen one of these before? It’s really rather nicely done, though totally incorrect. It’s about the nicest part of the watch, which is my beautiful quartz Submariner that I like to wear to shovel shit in the rain (literally, I wear it around the farm yard, mucking out)
  17. I have just seen this case back on a Yachtmaster from Da Gate posted on bz. How many million of these case backs did they produce? Didn’t RegMariners have this case back at one time?
  18. The thread has had nearly 4500 views, so I think we can all agree it is of interest. I’m certainly enjoying it, thank you for posting and keep going
  19. Well I don’t have the Daytona, but I have a very similar case back and what makes it even more remarkable and unique is that it isn’t the usual screw fit. Sensible offers and I could be persuaded to part with it Back story is it came off a Submariner and is clearly inscribed 004 so I presume it was originally purchased by Universal Exports
  20. Did you look at Cousins in the UK? They do a lot of Omega parts
  21. It is over thirty years old and yes it still works, never serviced either
  22. I got my first rep in the late eighties😟 I’m old, but it is the mileage that is killing me
