I say gen...take a look at the 5 minute indicies... they're no where near as bold on most SD reps... Might be the angle but it could be an aftermarket insert...I'm no expert though

I've had it where movement clamp screws get a little loose and the rotor hits them, causing a clicking noise... I may have an extra ETA rotor I could spare if you needed it...let me know!
