Shame they didn't use the Venus Seagull movement with a bit of engraving.
Could have looked a little like the gen
They've got a bit of a tag monza look about them
As I posted here http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/170747-radiomir-1940-chronographs/#entry1343169
I think gen wise they are an acquired taste for sure . I think the quartz guts will put most people off and those who do venture down that path will keep quiet for fear of ridicule. They actually "look" pretty accurate but I'm surprised they didn't use the seagull/Venus movement . I really like the cases and the 2 dial chrono aspect. I find the dials and hands a little to old fashioned though
Just saw these, they should be cheap given they'd be the battery powered variety
The black dial doesn't appear to be the sandwich type like the gen so the white might be closer
Gens
You'll wake up one morning, turn and she her gappy dial staring at you like a toothless hag and say to yourself " what was i thinking ?" And bung her straight on the sales section or just hide her at the back of your watch box out of sight.
I've ranted before but I just don't get the 390. If you just want the best closest to the gen Yawn yawn the go for it. I think the order you have your post is the order I would go with.
I tell you that 390 is the ugly sister lipstick on a pig of a Pam. I will say it again it may be closest to the gen but when the Genuine version is a dog in is own right then the reps just it's mongrel cousin. Don't offend your wrist with the 390 get the 417
It's the way they roll. Think they have more space and that might lead greater vibration and subsequent noise. The omega might also be a 28$& series this 7750 is different and noiser beast.
The 7753's daylights are all basically the same. Go with what you like. The 7753's are much better than the old 7750's IMHO but the analisti amongst us have noticed that there might be a wobble in one of the Chrono hands. Unless you have a bionic eye you'll never probably notice
Toro has them for a complete bargain http://www.torobravos2014.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=736. Can get a decent strap with the saving
