  1. TC's is gen spec. I'm actually looking for one for a BP SD case that I just bought.
  2. On the same subject, which of his adapters, if any, would fit an ETA in a regular rep sub case? Looking desperately..........
  3. I can't imagine what else it could need. It's a beauty.
  4. I tried earlier. Some people are just to dense to help.
  5. I've never personally owned or even seen one but I meander around most of the rep forums and I've already heard way too many complaints on that particular movement that I would stay far away if I was buying. Plus there are no parts available for fixing it and nobody seems to know even which factory makes it to look for replacements.
  6. I wish you had mentioned the type of movement earlier. The alleged HI-beat 2813 is a known POS. It has nothing to do with a DG 4813. It's a new movement that has just started showing up in a few reps and has already developed a bad rep. Send it back if you're able and replace it with any other movement. Edit: I guess you did mention it. I just read 2813 and missed the 28800. Sorry about that.
  7. Winding and time setting are two different things. In winding the crown, it only winds in one direction and the clutch slips in the other. And in most cases setting the time back won't hurt anything either. Especially if only going back a few minutes. The only exception I know is on a 7750 movement you should never even set the time between 10 PM and 2 AM, and especially not going backwards while the date setting mechanism is engaged between those hours. I have no idea about the DG2813 movement in particular although in this case it does sound broken. Before sending it all the way back to China, you should have it looked at by someone local. It could be something simple.
  8. Probably when you get to around midnight and wind it backwards while the date's changing you're slowly breaking your movement.
  9. Of course we'd need to know what movement to be sure. I believe the 7750 movements take about 45 minutes to switch over.
  10. Although I think Joshua is a great dealer and nice guy, there are some watches that he does not have access to. I don't know why but he doesn't get any of the Noob Factory watches who make (in my opinion) some of the better quality replicas, including Subs. If that's all he can get in movements, I would certainly check out some of the other dealers. It would also probably save you a few dollars, as Josh isn't known for his low prices. He's pushing the H Factory models which is a factory whose quality is sometimes quite a bit lower, especially in movements.
  11. No, it's new movement. Doesn't really look at all like the real DG4813. First reports is it's not always very reliable. They were coming in a lot of the newer Planet Oceans. I'd skip both those movements and get the tried and true A2824 without the stupid decorated bridges that you can't see and they charge too much money for.
  12. Sunnydale's are awesome... I've got one on my V4 42mm PO.
  13. Pretty sure the Noob UPO takes a gen crystal. That's your best solution by far.
  14. Elbow grease and a little polishing compound. Probably a little tooth paste on your finger would take it off.
  15. Maybe you ought to just take the top coating off and live with it. Many people with gens do that when the AR gets scratched.
  16. I think it's a Seagull ST-26 a Chinese copy of the ETA 2892-2.
  17. By the way, I meant sign up on RWI also where he's a TD................
  18. If you are going to buy from Intime, you should probably also sign up on RWG were he's a TD. That way, should you have problems, the staff there will be fully supportive of you in solving them. Also, he has a great reputation so buy with confidence. Plus, his name is also Ryan.
  19. Interesting thing about the 2892-2; it was purposely made thin so it could be used as a "tractor" for other modules, including GMT, chrono, moon phase and others. And the rotor attachment is totally different.
  20. By the way, that's a clone movement.
  21. After looking around a bit, I think you guys are right about the SS, although it's strange that a lot of people are selling 18kWG smooth bezels on eBay and Amazon for around $400.
  22. Are you guys sure that the gen bezel isn't WG? I always thought it was.

    TD Issue ?

Yep, that's normal. Sometimes you can work a deal for a discount on your next purchase.
