  1. Thought I'd get the Milgauss out today, I haven't worn it in a while;
  2. Great pics El Niche For $178, this looks to be a great watch!! I can't wait to see the other dial variations. I would jump on this, but I already have a blue watch in my collection, and really fancy the white one of the MMD!
  3. There should be a "direct link" listed under the photo in PB. Copy and paste that link in between.... [img*]link goes here[/img*] (remove the *'s)
  4. EDIT - just noticed it's not the standard dial...this one must be a fantsasy of some sort.
  5. Can't wait to see the rhodium dial! The white will be a nice rep to have too. Hopefully they'll get the brushed satin finish that you get with the rhodium dial.
  6. That is slightly on the large side! Its a shame he didn't provide a wrist shot....talk about the lugs hanging over the edges of the wrist, I doubt the dial would even fit in between the edges of the wrist! Maybe more of a watch to wear around your bicep/thigh
  7. Some very nice pictures. I've never seen a Corsair flying, must be a great sight! It's my local airshow this weekend, just had a Typhoon doing the rounds, followed by a P-51, Hurricane and Spitfire
  8. It's incredible to hear that the watch lasted this long! I think a trip to The Zigmeistermeister would do this Navi justice
  9. Im wearing my Noob Explorer 2 today; Then I'l be switching to my weekend watch tomorrow;
  10. If MVT stands for movement, then they have the movement with the correct subdial spacing already. It was used in the Planet Ocean Chrono that they released earlier in the year. If MVT stands for something else....then I have no idea I just want them to release the Speedy, it's such an iconic watch, perhaps one of the most iconic watches to exist!
  11. All I can really do is to add to what has been said. DS is a great guy, and I know he's had a lot on over the summer, so maybe something has cropped up. Rest assured you'll get what you've paid for
  12. Ditto; I won't be there, but have a great time. There is an Extra 300 that flies out of my local flying club, it's an incredible aircraft. I really need to go up in it at some point!
  13. Hont....the dealer who intiated this project.
  14. Ah I see, I remember seeing a thread where you were considering buying a Moonie, I thought you had gone and bought the date version
  15. Congtraulation CT, that is one beautiful watch!
  16. At first glance it looks pretty good, the only thing that I can see is the seconds at 6 dial is a fraction too low, which is due to the movement being used.
  17. Thank you for kind words SS. Your pictures really bring this watch to life, and show how good this watch really is....a great review of the watch!
  18. Im going for the Explorer 2 for today; And then for the weekend Il be wearing my new weekend watch;
  19. @Demonslayer - It certainly looks alot different doesn't it! Hope you're all good by the way, and enjoying your study free summer @Cats - Panerai....I seemed to have been through a phase of liking them, and now I can leave them at the moment. However, I predict by late this year, i will start to want one again. My problem is I really like the 112/111 but the flaws just bug me. It's mainly the crown/cg shape. Even with a T/Palp crown it still looks wrong to my eyes, and its something I can't live with @CC - The Exp2 is just great isn't it. Such a well balanced watch! I never held the earlier version of the Rubberclad, but I can say that this version feels very good. There is no doubt in my mind that this bezel will last, it seems to be well made....so far!
  20. @Dluddly - The APROO is seriously impressive. The build quality is fantastic, and if you are into the ROO's the rubberclad will not disappoint. I was really hoping it wouldn't disappoint me when i got it, but it was completely the opposite. It has really set in stone how much I like the rubberclad @By-tor - it's funny you should say that. I remember when i first started collecting reps here, and my collection was so different to yours. However, over the past year my tastes have really changed, and I have a more similar collection to yourself (give or take a few)...so what are we buying next? Thanks Freddy and Redwatch @Teejay - I am intrigued to see what project this post has been a catalyst for! Keep us posted Yes, a Submariner is next on the list...I know i had a V2 refurbished, but I have something else lined up at the moment.....can't really say much just yet, but hopefully Il post some pictures in a month or so. I also have my name down for the WM9 Seadweller, so I am really looking forward to this one. @Ubi - tell me about it, the bank balance has been decreasing quite severely these past few weeks haha As for wrist time, the UN sees the least amount of wrist time, purely because I keep it for best wear to try and preserve it (silly I know) The one that gets the most wrist time at the moment is the Black Explorer 2. For me it is perfect....it suits my wrist size, it's comfortable, and isn't too attention grabbing. I think the AP ROO and the Exp2 will see the most wrist time, with the PO being worn in rotation with them.
  21. Wearing the PO at the moment. It feels so big compared to the Exp 2 that I have been wearing for the past few weeks!
  22. I have been on a bit of a spending spree this week, and thought I
  23. The Speedy is the ultimate Omega in my eyes. Many things have changed over the years, but the classic Speedmaster has not, it is as much as an icon for the Omega brand as the Submariner is for the Rolex brand. At that price I would be sending funds over
