  1. That's a real stunner Marty! I'm sure it will be a favorite reminder of the things you shared with your dad. What year is that?
  2. I was up in San Francisco this past weekend and I stopped in at the Ferrari store up there. They had a Ferrari Scuderia 40mm chrono on sale for $5,800.00 and I got an opportunity to try it on. First off, the strap is AMAZING! It is so soft and supple and it just fit so well! And the 40mm size was really, really nice! Did they ever make a rep of this one and is it any good?
  3. I emailed him about a black croc strap for my Santos and he said he would make one for me. I had him make a croc strap for my grandfather's bulova restoration first and haven't placed the order for the santos strap. I must say, it took a while, but the quality is amazing. I used to own one of Rocket's Cartier Santos watches with the HK Tan strap on it and it was amazing!!!
  4. Definitely! I had so many theories bouncing around when I designed the cable and the more science I put into it, the cooler it got (and since the cables are cryogenically treated - when I say cooler - pun IS intended!)
  5. My avatar was my logo for a company I had for a few years. It was called Redsonics, Inc. and R.E.D. actually stands for something. It stands for Rapid Electron Deployment and I made instrument cables that have such incredible transient response that you actually get more level out of your guitar to the amp. There is an incredible amount of science put into the design and so I really liked the description of moving electrons quickly thru a piece of copper wire. I spent hours and hours designing the logo and it turned out so nicely that I started using here
  6. I love it!! "If you can imagine sharing a waterbed with a baboon that's just been doused with itching powder, then, and only then, can you begin to get the picture" (referring to the awful suspension of the 70's model american car)
  7. Awesome! Glad they arrived safe and sound C! Always glad to help out!
  8. Thanks again T! I too have been getting two to four notifications per day from a few weeks ago. Thanks for your hard work!

  13. Wow! With that aged black insert it looks fantastic!!! I agree with Freddy. Install a small GMT arrow hand
  14. Yes please!! Sign me up for one of those bad boys!
  15. Agreed. Better safe than sorry
  16. Looks good Nanuq! For some reason, when I wear my Tudor, the cyclops just self drives itself right into door frame corners, walls, racks, etc.... It's especially weird because I never hit that stuff with other watches, or with my wrist when I am not wearing a watch at all. It's like there is a small little magnet that is only attracted to wooden door frames as it moves past them I have to agree with panerai153 though, it is nice to have that little extra mag on the watch.
  17. No I'm getting them too. Messages from PM's that I received weeks ago are starting to trickle into my email now. At least it's starting to work again
  18. That's my guess too. It must be a Tudor Oysterdate with the cyclops removed? Either a 9411 or a 7021?
  19. Hmmm.....well to me the CG's little droop speak Tudor of some sort.
