  1. The dials pad printing looks terrible. Ink smudged, etc. On top of these the world is full of these fake vintage watches. Someone finds a 77xx and tosses a fake dial on and engraved the little bit on the movement and calls it a Breitling or a Heuer etc. I'd never spend anything on these. They're garbage. 2. No movement shot, no deal. Why even bother with such poor photos? Who could possibly tell? No one here has the magic to be able to tell rep from gen for such blurry pics. I'd walk/run from this one unless you buy it knowing that it may be a rep or franken. Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s

  5. Tons of times. Movements, vintage mil watches, parts, etc. eBay is still a treasure trove. Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s
  6. Congrats you've copied the rep dial. And at a cool $400 you can get the wrong indices and a nice copy of the replica dial. Oh and you got the inside of the 2 on the bottom half incorrect. It is too fat on the indices on the stroke downwards from the curve at the top of "2" and therefore the line on the inside of the bottom of "2" isnot clean and distinct. Even the rep dials did that better. No need for more photos. Your customer posted plenty. Gen dials: Rolli dial: Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s
  7. Prove it, show your dials side by side with the gen. A customer of yours already showed your dial and its filled with flaws. Anyone got a fancy camera to loan the man? Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s
  8. Grimlocktime, not sure how you see that. Top dial is Rollis dial. Middle dial is gen dial. Bottom dial is 005 where it seems Rolli gathered his fat font indices from. With all do respect they are different. Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s
  9. Got it, so if you guys want your gen dials to look gen on photos go find yourself a 50,000 euro camera. What a joke. Can't even take that his dial has fat fonts.go ahead fellas. Remember it's not HIS dial, it's YOUR camera. Bozz ain't a Noob. We hear the term "1:1" all day long from the rep factories and Rolli is frankly worse as he is unable to fathom that somehow his products may have flaws. Better luck next time Rolli. 15. They shoot lasers. Actually they're reeeeeeally small chronographs. Bicompax..... Ok kidding but it's called a rivet dial. Early Type A 3646 the rivets were used to hold the separate parts of the dial together. Genuine: Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s

  17. Caseback is a variation yes. Also the blue 9411 or 7016 I too have rarely seen for less than $4k in decent condition. Agree with post above. Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s
  18. Gen. Fair-ish price for condition but for $4 usd I'd expect a bracelet. Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s

  21. Hey P, mine is a 1966 version by serial. Wish I had the skills and funds to part together a build but this one is a plain Jane gen. The NOS parts and cases are so expensive now it just makes sense to find a gen and do the homework for it. Mine has a replaced aftermarket plexi though so I'll have to get a NOS part of service part for that. Here next to the new one : Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s
  22. I'm always so weary on these taxicab ones but the important thing here is the valuable source trust. Congratulations man. Wear it in good health. Sent from the my iPhone using Tapatalk s
