  1. Precista PRS-18A First Edition With ETA 2824-2 and most importantly...England printed on the dial
  2. Just to add, when fitting the hands. Turn the crown in the hand setting position until the date just turns over, then install the hands at the 12 oclock position. Ensure the minute hand aligns with 12 oclock at the same time as the hour hand Good luck.
  3. Whats going on in the first picture, the dial is upside down or it's a left hooker?
  4. All sorted now, made contact with him this morning. The information from Devilseam above is correct. Cheers guys
  5. Yes that was the e-mail address but no reply? I will try again today, thanks.
  6. I'm glad to say, I have spent many hours in pools/sea with mine on and wear it around 4-5 days a week. Zero fading. Trouble is I bought it M2M over RG so don't know it's origins? It's a 42mm with black ceramic bezel, orange numbers.
  7. Anyone bought anything from Ingod44 recently? I am trying to buy a dial but when you get to the PayPal processing it says something like "this trader is currently unable to accept payment" I have tried e-mailing (gmail account) him but got a reply redirecting me to a message forwarding service? Anyone?
  8. Thanks Pete I am (almost) sorted now. Cheers.
  9. I am almost there, my 1675 build just needs dial & hands. But as a relative newb I am stuck for choice of hands and dial for my 1675. It is a cartel 1655 case shaped into PCG 'cornino' style with a DG3804B movement. I intend getting the small GMT hand from Rafflestime but as for the other hands & dial I dont know. I guess I am stuck between Yuki & Ingod44. But what style is the right choice for this build? Also, do the hands they supply fit the DG movement? With Yuki's dial there is a set of matching hands, but again will they fit the DG movement? Your thoughts/recommendations are appreciated I am proper excited about getting this finished, my first build Cheers
  10. How about that great big chunk of metal on Arnie's arm, what was that?
  11. What a lovely, classic looking piece. You have done such a wonderful job on that. Congratulations.
  12. Will coke bezel do? http://www.ttw888.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_5&products_id=11251%C2%A0
  13. PC has it http://www.p-cls.com/rlgs00011-ssss-2013-blueblack-asian-2836-p-14685.html Pepsi bezel does not exist so I cant see them repping a watch that doesn't exist.
  14. That looks great! Excellent, clear photo's. Thanks for showing us
  15. Thanks Joey, I will contact them to see if I can buy the bezel ring separately.
  16. Guys, I think I may have made an omission in my parts. I ordered the bezel assembly from WSO but it's missing the clicking part. It came with just the bezel with the insert and a very thin washer. Sorry if this is a stupid question but do your builds have a rotating bezel or are they glued into position? As for the build, it's coming along nicely. Case has been reshaped and polished. Dial and hands are next to be ordered. That 'cornino' thin GMT hand is bloody expensive!
  17. I took on this task yesterday on my cartel 1655 case. It was a nightmare and I just barely survived with the case intact! I broke 2 drill bits. Get the best possible HSS drill bits and as said above go slowly and use a little lube. To make sure I was lined up with the existing hole I put a drill bit in that was the same size as the hole I was drilling, I ran it through the lug hole and tightened up the vice while the dril was in the lug hole (if you understand what I mean?) I then swapped out the drill for the larger size. Not a job for the faint hearted!
  18. Just had a search, you're right 0.25 pitch. Thats a tricky one?
  19. Are you sure the pitch is 0.25? Looking around seems the standard pitch for a 2.5 is 0.45.
  20. Without the papers there is also the possibility that the watch could be stolen or a insurance scam. I personally wouldn't be happy receiving a watch that had been advertised with papers and delivered without them. If it was an international transaction I wouldn't be too worried but if it was a national sale I would get the watch checked out. Good luck
  21. I may be wrong, but what I have read is that the person/company that hold the intelectual rights of the item has to contact e-bay and tell them it's not authentic before it will get removed. It might be the reason why many of the items that get flagged here in the forum as e-bay fakes go on to be sold despite many of us reporting them. I think the best way to get an item removed from e-bay is to let the company know rather then e-bay, anyway, I digress Good luck with shifting your stuff
