  1. If hes running out of money, he should sell the other glove that matches the one left at the crime scene! LOL I bet it would fetch a pretty penny on ebay haha Would be a 'slight' admission of guilt mind you...
  2. i have an A7750 in my Breitling Bentley CHrono T and power reserve is about 12 hours after wearing it. Not very good. My ETA subs will go for 2 days
  3. paypal was SLOW for me last night... was trying to make a payment for a bezel insert and it was timing out...

  5. I agree. Everyone in the world already knows about "fake Rolexes" and they've been around for a LONG time so its nothing new. Lonnie

  7. Im with you bro Stainless steel, rolex and 20-30 years of damage!
  8. vintagized (sanded and polished) ETA noob is 129.4 grams MBW 16610 franken with noob bracelet is 134.1 grams MBW 1665 franken with solid oyster bracelet 129.8 grams maybe you guys can add to this to make a definitive list Lonnie
  9. Just be sure to get the case with the F520117 serial number and you should be safe. They come from what is known as the "Noob factory". Seems to be the best "out of the box" case so far. You'll find Submariners, GMT's, Daytonas etc with this same serial number on them. The asian Noob has a closer to gen rehaut of 1.9mm as opposed to the 1.8mm rehaut on the ETA. The Asian movement is supposed to be pretty good anyways so if you are looking for the "most correct" looking version then go for the Asian version for $100 Lonnie edit to clarify: ETA rehaut 1.8mm asian rehaut 1.9mm gen rehaut 2.0mm
  10. very interesting find! Theres nothing better than personal one on one documentation like this. Lonnie
  11. oh i love it! hehe He thinks hes gunna see a $50 submariner and he ends up holding a real double red 1665. i wish i was there! Lonnie
  12. its a pretty rare occurance that a flee market guy is gunna screw up and sell a gen rolex for $60. Im sure he inspected it pretty closely before he put the price tag on it. You;d prob be better off buying an asian noob Yachty for $100 new from a collector here on the forum Lonnie
  13. ive ordered from him twice and got the inserts no problem, but i cant remember how long it took. Pretty fast i think.. 1 or 2 weeks to canada Lonnie
  14. beautiful!! You can really see how brown they really are Lonnie
  15. I dont take my watch off at night this is an old trick my watchmaker told me many years ago and it does work but we're onlly talking a few seconds either way. Im not that concerned with accuracy. As long as i can go a couple weeks without having to reset the time, then im happy. Good tip though UB7 and good answer Nanuq. I always figured it was just the weight of the second and minute hand and the gravitational forces acting upon them, but i guess theres more to it than that Lonnie
  16. Thats nuts! What a holiday!! Its hard to believe they would shut down the entire country for 7 days LOL Thats gotta cost them (chinese manufacturers) a lot of money in lost revenue. I wish we had week long holidays here in Canada LOL LOnnie
