Hi brothers: I've been holding this question for quite sometime. It's about these annoying advertising that pops up every time I'm navigating in the forum. It all started about a month ago. Each time I signed to the forum there was this intruding advertising pushing to sell this anti virus or different kinds of merchandise on Ali b#b# . I had no other choice than getting rid of the screens and start all over again. Five minutes, was the most I could navigate without this interference. Today this reached its peak as now I have to close the forum window each time I want to move from one thread to the next. I had the computer checked by a technician and the machine is clean. I wonder if someone has gone through this and hopefully share some information on how to get rid of this pest. Thank you guys for whatever help I can get. Alter

Thank you all for the tips. Why is it that some people (including myself) never read the manual entirely ? I'll do thyat in the next few days, taking notes on how to work the light and other factors tha should contribute to shooting better pictures. In the golden years of film loaded cameras I'd do wonders with the spotlight meter, speed and aperture controls, which today are hiden somewhere in the camera. I'll post some hopefully better pics after I do my homework. Cheers !!! Jaime

Thank you for the tips Freddie and CC33. As you say I can see the position of the watch v/s the camera's is a crucial factor to increse or decrease the glare. I did that and here's the result. Now, a question for you ansd CC33. How do I increase the contrast and can I spot the best lighting condition with a little point and shoot Samsung ES95 25 mm lens and 16 mega pix resolution. Or should think of buying a "better" camera to get better pictures? Thank you guys for your valuable help. Jaime

Hi fellows. I'm not a noobie collecting replicas but I certainly know little about photograpy. I'm tired of shooting wristshots that are full of the glare (excess light ?) as well as the camera lens being reflected on the dial. I've seen this on many of the pics posted in the forum. Can anybody suggest how to avoid this ? Thank you in advance in case someone wants to share his knowledge on this subject. Cheers Jaime

An the 1500 Oyster Perpetual. I have one on my franken and it's pretty thin and light. I can't imagine a Daytona (although being smaller than the current size) sporting this almost lady like strap on it.

You maybe right in your assumption. I was looking for a vintage 1016 and 5513 and there is nothing available from our trusted dealers, as far as I could see. Certainly, proces for second hand and modded vingate Rollies are going to go up.

If I were you (just a thought) I'd get a new plexi and leave the bezel as it is. Three 6538 gens I have seen in person bezels have the pearls missing.
