  1. this one is also missaligned, if the twelve oclock marker is aligned the rest will not
  2. I am installing the insert when the bezel of the watch, is hard to press the insert when the bezel is on the watch. the crystal get in your way.
  3. A true Gen insert will fit without modifications, at the begining is har to get to get in, start by putting in the side where the pearl is and work your way to the other end and use some kind of plastic piece or wood to press down at the end the insert, it is just hard but that the way it is.
  4. this is strange, I have a TC sub with a Gen Insert and fits juits fine no filing at all. Are you sure the insert is Gen?
  5. what about the movement did you the one that came with the watch or did you source somewhere else, where?
  6. Did you used a 1655 case for this build? Thanks
  7. So once you are done climbing, you have to all this again in reverse order to go back to the civilization!!!!!!!
  8. of course i forgot about that. I have a 700 with a Yuki tube
  9. so the 702 tube can house a 700 crown, I guess!!
  10. 1665 and 1680 Should match as they use the same movement
  11. whatever, these people don't even know about watches, I am talking about the normal people not freaks like us.
  12. The Insert may incorrect for that series, but who would notice that if everybody always assume the watch is fake anyways. I have one of those on my TC and I love it.
  13. You should get an overlay from tc, they have marker that makes easier to install. Sent from my SGH-i917 using Board Express
  14. I have a Clark's on mine and is a perfect fit. is very strange that your does not fit. maybe is a defective case..
  15. is a 93250 how can be genuine in the wrong bracelet?
  16. That is not true, I always get asked what kind of watch is that, then I reply is a Rolex and then the guy replies is a Rolex? or a Rotex..... fake, and he does not know anything about watches. I knew nothing about watches I would assume that is the real deal
  17. Tritium is not available anymore, is radiative and it was used on dial a long long time ago, now luminova is used instead. nevertheless The Zigmeister will and amazing job While tritium has several different experimentally determined values of its half-life, the National Institute of Standards and Technology lists 4,500±8 days (approximately 12.32 years).[1] It decays into helium-3 by beta decay as in this nuclear and it releases 18.6 keV of energy in the process. The electron's kinetic energy varies, with an average of 5.7 keV, while the remaining energy is carried off by the nearly undetectable electron antineutrino. Beta particles from tritium can penetrate only about 6.0 mm of air, and they are incapable of passing through the dead outermost layer of human skin.[2] The unusually low energy released in the tritium beta decay makes the decay (along with that of rhenium-187) an appropriate laboratory for absolute neutrino mass measurements (the most recent experiment being KATRIN). Tritium is potentially dangerous if inhaled or ingested. It can combine with oxygen to form tritiated water molecules, and those can be absorbed through pores in the skin. The low energy of tritium's radiation makes it difficult to detect tritium-labeled compounds except by using liquid scintillation counting.
