My wife has two of Ken's Bag and they may not even be a 100% copy of the Original, but the quality is far superior of what your pictures tell, maybe you got the wrong bag, but since you did not contacted the seller on time. I am not sure what can be done here.
my two cents
I have a 1665 with a gen movement on it and the only issue with the MBW dial the date window is a little bit off, since I am really picky I switched for an Ingods rail dial and I am very happy, If you need a dial let me know this one has been Aged by The Zigmeister.

I was thinking the same, what one has to do for a crown to look like that in the first place, I can only imagine how the whole watch should look to match the crown. it look like someone took It out chew it off and the put it back.
The tube usually is locked by glue, you need to remove all the rubber seals and heat the case with a blow dryer, to soft the glue, then use a filer or something similar to turn it, I am not sure if the Gen tube is a straight fit I have a MBW watch and those need to retap.
Are these Gen inserts because I have a serviced one on a 1665 and that sucker will not bleach at all, I even used pool chlorine and nothing, but I have a 1675 aftermarket that it does bleach
Service it you post say for the last three years and when was the last time the movement was service, they do need service once in a while. like any machine.
it does not look like is going to be anymore cases besides the prototype, the OP is already working on other models and no sign on mass production of this one.
